Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaSimply charming. While the rooms were small, it was the middle of Paris and the rooms were enchanting I felt pampered.
Location, excellent. Well, the staff was small. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They took care of all of my needs.

CanadaI loved every inch of this sweet little hotel!
Everything! A 2 minute walk from Odeon metro, 10 minutes to the airport RER, best location in the 6th to be near wonderful restaurants, churches, galleries, and shops, as well as an easy stroll to Notre Dame, and St Michel. But the best is just the hotel itself. It's beautifully decorated with lovely fabric feature walls, new carpet and paint throughout. A mini fridge is always a wonderful rarity in Paris, as well as hot water kettle, nespresso machine, and a great hairdryer. You're greeted by welcoming, professional staff, and there was a lovely note and little madeleines under a glass cloche in our room, which is a sweet touch that usually only the big hotels do. The rooms are typical of Paris; on the small side, but there's certainly enough space for two, with a desk and wardrobe even. After hundreds of hotel nights in Paris due to work, both at big luxury hotels, and small independents, hotel De Fleurie has definitely become my absolute favourite. It's the hidden gem that everyone is looking for.

United KingdomNothing.
Beautiful hotel in a super location - close to lots of little cafes and restaurants and whole area had a lovely feel. Close also to Seine, Louvre, Saint Chappelle, Notre Dam, Luxembourg Palace - all within walking distance. Hotel itself was perfect for us. We asked for two adjoing rooms and that was acomodated (top floor with no other guests). Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms and hotel were spotless. Would definitely go back and thoroughly recommend.

United States of AmericaAs previous guests have noted, the single room is mainly taken up by a large bed. Turning up with a large suitcase just will not work. There is no view - only a courtyard.
Location is great, with the Odeon Metro station around the corner and the RER for CDG about an easy 10 minute walk. Breakfast was fine. Good NOT to have a buffet for once, but to order from a menu.

United KingdomExcellent location near the Latin quarter - close to the metro, a bus stop one minute away, and a fabulous spot for restaurants. Very friendly hotel staff, and the room was lovely. A personal bonus for me - the hair dryer in the room was actually a really good hair dryer! (Quite often in hotels I find it's normally a tiny weak travel hairdryer, but this was a proper one and really good) Really pleased we stayed here and would return.

United States of AmericaThe room was decent sized for 2 (especially for Paris) and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room included a wardrobe and a sitting area with a chair. Espresso machine in the room. USB outlets in the wall, love this for charging multiple devices! The bathroom was roomy and had a deep bath tub. This was a bonus for me, you could draw a nice HOT bath after a long day of walking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We followed their recommendation for dinner and had a wonderful meal! They also arranged a taxi to take us to the airport. The sitting area/lounge off the lobby was very comfortable and cozy, with drinks and coffee available. This was a great value for Paris!
