Outstanding staff, outstanding service, outstanding accommodations, outstanding food. So for, the best on the Camino. Can not say enough about the excellence of the staff . Every interaction was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Would have liked to order a la carte. Portions are so big!

The location was perfect, right on the Chemin. The staff, although they were so busy, were friendly and helpful. We loved our rooms - immaculate and beautiful.

If there was anything to mention it would be that the room was a bit cold. The reading lamps at the bed didn’t work.

The room was very comfortable with good quality sheets and towels. Very clean. The people who ran it were wonderful, professional & kind.

Breakfast buffet lacks local cheeses and possibly cold meat - we do appreciate that guests can abuse it but it would be good to be able to taste the local produce.

Breakfast buffet was acceptable but could be improved. Supper menu very flexible and nice.

The perfect place to stay, eat and sleep on the camino!! The personell were so nice and helpful, the best we have experienced! Those who are able to visit this hotel are lucky - enjoy!!

We wanted to leave very early in the morning, before breakfast was served. When we went downstairs we discovered that we were locked inside the hotel-a metal barrier stopped us from leaving. If there had been a fire in the night, we might have all died. Unbelievably unsafe.

We are walking the Chemin du Compostela. It was convenient to the route and I got the best nights sleep there.

The floor was not properly cleaned. I've asked the man at the reception to have it moped for the following day but it didn't happened and i was disappointed

The room was not at the property advertised. It was up the road maybe 200 metres, from where we had just walked. We had to be driven there by staff member whose driving experience we didn’t know. There were coffee making facilities and no coffee.

The Breakfast was great. The heating worked, nice because it was cold when we were there.

An electric kettle would ha e been nice to have.

Good size room in a separate building with a very modern bathroom with towel drier that was handy to dry our camino clothes.. The kitxhiette had a larger sink to wash it. Bed and pillows were confortable and the staff was very friendly. There were no way to heat water for tea or coffee but the hot water from the faucet was very hot and we used the available cups to make or hot drink in the morning

The hotel is situated close to the centre of the small village and is a very good base for exploring the local area. The breakfast was good as was the evening meal that we had there.

Not very welcoming staff. Generally staff behaved with a slight superiority in relation to guests - mostly hikers walking St. James Way. Obligation to leave shoes in the room at the reception - this is a 3 star hotel, not a hostel (gite). In the attic room we could hear some noise probably from kitchen ventilators. They serve breakfast in a room that is too small for the number of guests which causes queues. The tables had not been cleaned after being used by previous consumers. And finally - a curiosity. There were no breakfast plates, only trays and paper napkins - a 3-star hotel?
