A lift would be really helpful. The area is a little bit ‘dodgy’, though I didn’t feel unsafe there.

Helpful, friendly staff, who helped me get my heavy bag up and down the stairs. Good breakfast. Perfect location for the train station with easy access to the city centre too. Also, the shuttle bus from Blagnac stops nearby.

You can hear everything from outside and even within the hotel. When the other guests are loud you hear every single noise from other rooms. Doors slamming until 1am and other guests being very loud

Hotel is very well located if you are in transit. 3mins from the station and still only 15/20mins from the center. The staff very welcoming as well

Lack of an elevator. Rather small rooms

A very good hotel, situated ideally, close to Toulouse Railway Station in a fairly quiet road containing lots of good restaurants, shopping etc. The hotel was very clean, pleasant with helpful staff though a little on the pricey side. However this can be attributed to its convenient location and it is similar to more highly priced hotels in the same area. The hotel is obviously a renovated one in an older building, rooms are relatively small; there is no elevator, all things considered it is a practical, no-nonsense, comfortable establishment and I would easily recommend it for a short stay.

Stayed here for 6 nights, couldn't have asked for a better location, 5 mins (if you walk slowly) from the train station and airport shuttle stop. Short walk and you are in the centre of Toulouse, within easy reach of tourist attractions and great shopping. Towels changed daily, room clean, smallish as expected from a single room. Staff pleasant, breakfast on offer is good value for money. Bar next door, choice of restaurants in the same street. Two supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk. I would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending Les Ambassadeurs

No kettle or hairdryer in room saw sign on way out after our 3 night stay that you could ask to use an hairdryer but that info should be in your room not on a little notice near reception ! A notice near reception said You could pay for a hot drink making to take to your room! but up the stairs if you have walking difficulties not really good idea !

Everything was good excepting the noise from the pub downstairs. Not much they can do about. The staff they did their best to help us with our bikes so they they deserve our appreciation.

The bathroom was quite dated and the bed wasn’t too comfortable but it is good value for money.

Very close to the train station , we had a 4am train so it was great for this. The staff were very nice in explaining the room and allowing us to check out so early in the morning
