Unlike during my last stay, I was given a room on the 6th floor which is basically under the eaves/in the attic. Most of the wall on one side is diagonal, leaving only quite a narrow space between the bathroom wall and the diagonal exterior wall – I managed to bang my head quite badly on this diagonal wall. Also, I felt that the water pressure for the shower wasn't as good on the 6th floor as it had been on a lower floor on my previous stay.

The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The location is great and the staff are helpful. I slept well and was satisfied with the shower.

The hotel is in great condition, but in my opinion it doesn't meet international standards for 4 stars hotels. Breakfast also needs improvements.

Location is the most important element. Very clean. Very kind staff. Quite modern facilities (even if rooms are quite packed).

Great location near the train station. Staff was nice and happy to hold our luggage. I loved the interior design and the old elevator. Bathroom was huge and the shower pressure was great.

The hotel's location near the train station was very convenient for arriving/leaving by train. And unlike many other cities, the area near the train station feels safe (not dodgy or scary). Everything was within a short walk: restaurants, shops, historic sites, etc. Since we received a complimentary upgrade to a better room, we had a nice view of the park in front of the hotel. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. This hotel also has the oldest elevator in Strasbourg and it's a charming ride. We did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

Extremely comfortable room, great decor and location. The staff were also super professional. I accidentally left my passport and some money in the hotel safe and the staff were very professional in their communication and their handling of the items - security was clearly of the utmost importance for them.

Breakfast disappointing and not as good as on previous stays in this hotel (I am a regular). Sausages and bacon unappealing (too wet and dubious smell), fruit juice of poor quality. The so-called gym in the basement is just a very small room with three cardio machines cramped into it.

Nice, large room and bathroom. Excellent shower. Welcoming staff. Central location right across from the station, yet no traffic noise or other disturbances in the room.

Upon arrival one set of towels was not clean but replaced immediately after notifying the staff, would be good if housekeeping verifies prior to releasing the room to new guests.

Located in closest proximity to Gare de Strasbourg. Ideal for overnight stay when taking an early TGV to Paris Gare de l‘Est arriving there well before 9am. Restaurants and Strasbourg city center (Cathedral, la Petite France etc.) in walking distance.

Very centrally located right at the station square, yet rooms are quiet. Extremely friendly staff who even offered me a breakfast-to-go on the day of my departure (I had an early train).

The room was a little dusty in places (e.g. the bedside tables). The room also didn't have a bath. The fitness centre was also very small and basic.

Location is excellent - convenient for the station and you can walk to attractions easily. The staff were really helpful, the interior design was nice and the old lift is a lovely feature.
