United KingdomGreeting from 'Monsieur Non' on reception. Arrived at 2pm, room not available until 4pm (fair enough). Could we have a beer? (Non!), could we have a meal? (Non!), could we have a sandwich? (non!), can we go for a swim? (non!) .. 'it is the rules'. Went off in the car to a restaurant, got back at 3.30pm (non .. I said 4pm) to which the lovely maid standing in reception said 'actually it is ready', we got the room, Monsieur Non didn't look that pleased! Is there a hot breakfast? (non!) .. next morning we had scrabbled eggs / boiled eggs. Staff in breakfast room were lovely, so helpful and friendly/fun.
Lovely hotel in beautiful location, lovely view from room. Enjoyed the pool. Staff generally charming, helpful and friendly.

United KingdomOur room was old and tired and dusty. There was no shower, just a bath and it was decorated with old records and rusty discs. Also the pictures of the family room show a separate area for the kids but we were all in one room.
The scenery and view were amazing. The outdoor pool was really wonderful too. Breakfast was really lovely too.

Beautiful location and a nicely renovated hotel. Rooms individually decorated and some with balcony and the most amazing view. The restaurant also has suberb views over the Seine and serves amazing food.

United KingdomWe ticked the box for dogs welcome when we booked but it turned out that was only for dogs up to 10kgs. Ours is 15kgs - we were allowed in but the point was made that she was really too big. I had asked for a table in the bistro, received no reply and then was told it would have been better if I’d contacted the hotel direct rather than via booking.com. we were initially told both restaurants were full but they managed to squeeze us in at 7:30. There were several tables empty when we left at 9, having slightly rushed the meal. The bistro food and staff were great though.

When we arrived we found the main restaurant was full, however, the second restaurant was happy to fit us in with our dogs which was great. View over the Seine was amazing and we had a wonderful breakfast on the verander.

Loved the views from the veranda. All the staff were friendly ..especially the barman which meant we were introduced to a few more cocktails then perhaps we should have imbibed in. It was a great place to stay if you are visiting Monet’s garden.
