The boiler in the chalet should be boxed in as they are noisy and woke us up. It was disappointing not to have breakfast in the restaurant on the Monday morning. There could be some hooks to hang coats to dry.

The chalets were lovely and the little terrace and table. The Domaine was kept beautifully

Brilliant location in the middle of countryside, restaurant was excellent, we had a wooden chalet in the grounds which was great for our dog, plenty of car parking, excellent breakfast .. try scrambled egg made with cream

I did not like that for this price, the furniture is too used and dated. I’ve stayed in other hotels the same price level, and they were newer and more polished. For this price, the owner needs to seriously invest in the interior and room design. Rooms look like they are from 90s. Perfectly clean, but furniture is very old. Like at my grandmas house. Owner needs to do a massive upgrade because other hotels already did it. Shop for new tables, new chairs, newer and better closets. New showers and definitely new toilets.

The property is beautiful and people are very very nice. Loved everyone who works there!! Very nice and professional staff. Thanks! Restaurant was very good, 10/10. Delicious!

The internet connection in my room (N° 16) was not good. But ok, there are things in life which are worser.

The hotel is close to the highway between Paris and Rouen. If you see it from far, you would never expect such a nice location but this hotel is really a nice place. The Restaurant serves very delicious food and they have a very good wine choice. Perfect for couples or business.

France, and booking.com need to start rating electrical chargers in their descriptions - 1.9kwh (or a bit more) barely gives you enough range in some parts of France to get to the next " decent" charger - even after 12 hrs :(

Modern, clean, quiet, (other guests also ! such a relief !) Younger staff good language skills service minded. Super walks possible across the fields and around the area to settle ones dinner.

The hotel room. Impractical, completely lacked any charm, bedding which was uncomfortable - hung on to side all night due to the slope towards the middle!. The fee of £10/person to use the pool is unjustified in addition to the relatively high cost of the room.

Over priced basic double room with own bathroom. Smell of sewage in our room and hallway. Spa opening times were odd. Finished our stay without using the pool, which was the only reason we chose this hotel.

The location was fine. We knew we’d be in a rural setting and were happy with the location. The buffet breakfast was good.

Could not access the pool already pre booked by the spa even though they advertise it for guests of the hotel Very noise party they went on all night and no staff on or available to do anything about it, so no sleep No aircon so had to sleep with all the windows open which made noise worse

Room nothing like advertised - much smaller. Very public, needed the shutters down all the time. Noisy - hen party going on, staff went at end of their shift leaving no staff overnight to manage situation. Very hot - no air conditioning or fan for the first night Reception not manned most of the time. No access to pool or spa available Owner clearly has no experience in the hospitality sector When we went to plug the fan in for the second night the socket came away from the wall. When we wanted to leave had to wait an hour for reception to open to pay our bill.

In correct info as to room and facilities - expected refrigeration and sofa - not provided. Extremely small room with huge glass windows - no air conditioning so unbearably hot. Opposite a pond so inundated with mosquitoes. Restaurant closed all day Monday so no breakfast and no evening meal - not shown as closed in booking.com Room described as views over garden and inner court. Actually over looking car park and smelly noisy pond.

Easy access and in a lovely rural quiet setting. Reception staff very helpful and managed to address our needs to some extent.

There is nothing to dislike about the property apart from one very small thing, we arrived at 6pm but couldn’t order a drink until the restaurant opened at 7pm.
