United KingdomThe property is situated in a very scenic forrested area. I usually choose based on the rating and I read the worst reviews to see what the nutters didn't like. I think that people who wrote bad reviews for this hotel are really unfair and revengeful. This is a good hotel with nice motivated staff and the have a great kitchen.

United Arab EmiratesThe rooms were dirty, carpets not hoovered, stones all over the floor. There is no cups in the rooms only paper cups. The house keeping never refilled water or coffee and when asked for it there was difficulty obtaining it. The female staff member on reception with glasses was insanely rude. She screamed at me in French and hung up the phone. The resort in general looks nothing like the pictures. Friends staying in another room got locked in their bathroom as lock as faulty and cut their arm off a jagged mirror. Room service is only twice a day at odd times. No reception at night so if checking in late it’s difficult. Impossible to get taxis from the resort. Honestly it’s not a 4 star hotel. It’s over priced for what it is. See pictures of the dirty and cobwebs by the bed and also the stones that were all over the bathroom floor. Disgusting.
The chalet rooms and bathrooms were large. The breakfast selection was good. There was one staff member called Leo who was exceptionally nice and helpful.
