Booked a room with 2 beds for 2 adults. Didn't know the second bed was a bunk bed for a child over the main bed. Good restaurant next to the hotel. Also another regular IBIS next door for a little more cost.

The only problem for me was having to check in at the automatic check-in machine at the entrance door, where I needed to pay 0.40€c tourist tax. It was not working, the card payment also not working, so I then tried the door buzzer for assistance. Nothing after several attempts. All over is notices written in French but nowhere is any English information. So I eventually out of frustration walked back to my car and then noticed there was an Ibis hotel as well and saw someone walking at the reception. Went in and could then pay the tax and get an access code for the front door and my room. Just a plain notice board in English would have prevented the long frustrating delay. The whole world does not need to know or speak French. You want international customers then adapt.

The hotel was good for what I needed and that was just a bed to overnight. Wifi was also very good and fast for uploading photos that I edited before going to sleep. The room was good and clean. Shower and toilets where also very clean.

It would be good to have more sockets close to the lower and upper bed on both sides, the shower door were not closing properly so excess water was ending on the floor,

Easy access to the parking as we had a dog with us, the room was nicely soundproofed as we didn't hear our neighbors, staff organized the time breakfast nicely so there was no queue.

The room, especially the toilet, was not clean. It looked like the toilet was not cleaned. There were traces of the previous guests in the toilet. To open the door with the code did not onetime worked in one time. Even the woman of the front desk had to try it 20 something times.

a friendly welcome from the young lady on reception, a very clean, comfy quiet room. well priced and an ideal location for what myself and my friends needed as part of our trip to Austria. nice continental breakfast to start the day. thankfully it had a lift as we had motor bike panniers to carry up to our room.

Everything was ok, except that when we were leaving, I sent an email with a question about the cat that was waiting at the door of the hotel and forcing me inside. She was meowing all the time and was very thin. They didn't answer me. I think it would be fair for you to reply to my email about what's going on with this pussy. My daughter was very hurt because she didn't know if someone's kitty had escaped.

The room was small and constellation of the sink in the room, shower in one cabin and the toilet in another felt a bit strange. The breakfast would have been nice if there had been cheese, tomato, cucumber or charcuterie for the bread.

Upon arrival there were enough parking places available. The staff member at the reception was very friendly. The room was clean and the matrass and the pillow were comfortable.

There was only one key for two families sharing the appartement There was no microwave, it's hard when you have kids heat the food without microwave. And they gave very limited supply for 4 nights stay for 2 family, like dish washers tablets, bin bags utensils

The only issue we had was the bath door didn't have a lock and kept swinging open - making the shower experience somewhat uncomfortable.

A compact standard room with TV and an extra bunk bed on top of the double bed. No additional facilities, but immaculate.

There was a problem at automated check in. I couldn’t pay the tax - 80 cents - with a credit card, even though everything else was payed. I had to call for a help, after trying different cards for 20 minutes. Rather unpleasant experience at 01:00 AM with my family
