The smell in the room was so bad from the door till bathroom, this bad smell was all day ,i think the management should work on doing some maintenance of the rooms .

The staff was great, very helpful. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and it was quiet. Near is a tram station, so you can hop on the tram and in about 20 minutes reach Geneve. Great option

There is a chinese receptionist was very rude and not helpful because my train cancelled and i couldn’t able to come on same day so I was staying closest city in France and stayed over their another ibis hotel with extra cost which is waste of money and time ad and I asked them at least they ca refund or night but she was shouting ad rude with me!

Miniscule dust bin in the bathroom and nothing in the bedroom = messy Absence of small frigo in the bedroom Absence of small safe box in the bedroom Electronic room entrance door key constantly forgetting room number and obliging resettting.

Although room was non-smoking, the carpets seem to have a lingering smoke smell. Had to open the windows to let fresh air in to clear up the smell.

AC was not working, it was 30 degrees , my 2 years old and us really struggled to sleep.

The room that was given first to me was not clean at all. To think I've checked in quite late at 8pm. Used beds and used towels all over the floor. The second room was ok but the bathroom was as well not clean with fingerprints on the flush button. Then next night, new towels were given but the fingerprint on the flush button is still there and the cleaners have left behind their chiffon and products.

The acceuils were accommodating when I've needed something.

There are no refrigerators in the rooms, but they allow you to use the refrigerator in the restaurant, and the air conditioners are weak

The rooms had carpets which were quite worn out n a little smelly. There was no kettle in the room which was missed. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust due to which it remained stuffy !

Excellent location,tram station was right in front of the hotel n reaching Geneva was easy n convenient. Some eatries n super markets were also v close. What else a tourist can ask for 🙂

Breakfast was lovely. The staff were excellent. I only speak English and there is little to no information available in the local area in English, and they helpfully answered my questions. During my 5 night stay, there was an unfortunate incident involving a member of the public coming into the hotel and a Police response being required, and the hotel staff handled it brilliantly.
