Prices are expensive in Paris these days, so also this hotel. But it's worth if you look afterwards and compared to other hotels in the neighbourhood.

The location is great - not the busy road, so traffic is not so loud. Close to many good restaurants, all kinds. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was served in small buffet but all very qualitative and fresh. Very friendly staff from reception to breakfast. The rain was pouring down and they borrowed me an umbrella at the reception (which I gave back by the way...)

I choose this hotel because of its location. But all the rest of its specialities are very very satisying when compared with the 3 stars. I will always stay there in my future trips to Paris.

The shower leaked water onto the floor. The folding plastic-glass partition which was supposed to prevent water from seeping down onto the floor was not flush with the top of the tub and did not form a waterproof seal. There was a 1/2 inch gap allowing water to seep through..this is Rm.102

Everything was great, especially hearing the Diana Krall music being played. Great taste in music. The room, location and breakfast was great.

I would have liked some instant coffee in the room, only tea - but that is a minor thing.

I had a good one night stay here, courteous man for check in and check out - very pleasant. Location was good for my purpose and only one stop on the Metro from Gare Du Nord and 4 min walk. Plenty shopping stores around and 2 good supermarkets close by. Not part of a chain of hotels which is probably a good thing and very clean. Furnishing in the room was of good quality.

Very high price, though was one of cheapest one with two beds. Bathroom was inside a small room, which was strange.

Large room, amenity was good. Very close to Opera Garnier. Two beds. Larger bed was large enough for two person. Small room was of reasonable size also.

A bit pricey, but it probably worth it. Rooms size quite small. Water pressure can be better, but maybe it was the last (5th)floor of the building.

The hotel was located close to the Metro with restaurants nearby. The location was within easy walking distance to many of the tourist highlights of central Paris

They do burn either incense or have a room freshener in the lobby that's quite strong. It's not present anywhere else in the hotel but for me personally it was a bit overwhelming. I personally felt it didn't have to be that strong.

Great location, wonderful large room ( for Europe standards), clean, comfortable, staff were just fabulous and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or recommend the hotel to others.

1.Due to the age of the building, the wooden floor will make annoying noise when walking in the room. It is suggested that the hotel should consider renovating the entire wooden floor in the room. 2.Another thing is a bit strange, because I don't plan to let the cleaning staff do house keeping, I am worried that there may be a risk of losing valuables, so I have hung a "Do Not Disturb" tag outside the door in advance, and then left the hotel to travel, but when I returned to the hotel at night, my room had already been cleaned and tidied up, which made me wonder. So what is the purpose of my hanging tag outside the door?

The hotel is located in an excellent traffic location and downtown area, which is very convenient for short-term tourists exploring Paris.
