We had an extraordinary experience at this beautiful chateau. The staff is excellent: courteous, helpful, and welcoming. Our room was in the turret of one of the towers and was gorgeous. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant, and a choice of great wines. We regret that we could only stay one night, because it is well worth a long visit to the chateau and the surrounding area. Many thanks to the staff for a wonderful time, Highly recommended!

We stayed there on a cold December night. The chateau public areas were not warm enough. Décor of the bar area is disappointing.

dinners were disappointing. limited menu. the same everyday. it would be good to have a plat du jour. it would also be good to have snacks available at the bar or golf cafe. could use some more animation.

The restaurant for dinner was overpriced. The risotto needed some seasoning and the beef was over cooked.

I mean you can’t but love the look at this property, it’s gorgeous. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices.

What is called sauna was rather disappointing (infrarot cabin)

Our room was a junior suite and everything was nice except the sofa bed which seemed like the cheapest type of ikea fold out bed with cushions that wouldn’t sit properly and also was marked. When we asked for it to be removed they checked but never did replace it or remove it which was disappointing.

Excellent location for walking or cycling, just a few kilometres from the Canal de Bourgogne. Every member of staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great choice at the breakfast buffet and a very good restaurant in the vaulted dining room.

I didn't think the food in the restaurant was fantastic at night. Service very slow on the second night. Wines very expensive and noticeably more so than other chateaux and hotels we had stayed in on the trip

The golf course was lovely. Good breakfast. Very helpful reception staff. Very nice rooms opening onto the courtyard.

We had a wonderful spacious room with twin beds (our request). This room had a hall as an entrance, a separate toilet, a small living room (with a couch bed if needed), again a room with twin beds and a wonderful spacious bathroom with a separate bath and shower. Large towels, bathrobes for the both of us, slippers and pool towels were supplied, ready to use and we did not need to ask for them. The beds were very comfortable. A big plus for that! Usually the hotel beds are too firm, these were perfect for us. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room, as a minifridge and a minisafe. Our room was in the annex building on the second floor (no lift) under the roof. Nice, cosy and climatized. The staff were professional and polite. We felt very welcome. The parking area is large and private, only to be shared with guests who come to play golf. We do not play golf but start to consider as the surroundings of the chateau and golfcourse are so beautiful. The swimmingpool and tenniscourt met all expectations. No disappointments!! The bar was as you expect in a old chateau, A lot of woodwork, a huge fireplace and cosy. The staff again friendly and welcoming. The same counts for the restaurant. A cosy atmosphere, wonderful food and superb wines. Although the wines are a bit expensive. The spa area is located in the former cellars/ vaces and breathe atmosphere of the old days in stylish new high standards. Breakfast is complete, fresh orange juice, cappuccino on demand and everything you could wish for (croissants, sweet rolls, baguettes, eggs, etc etc). We will surely return. And then not for a stopover, but to spend the weekend. A weekend to be spoilt. We look forward to that one.

Although close to the Canal de Bourgogne which is one of the most popular bicycle routes in France, not well equipped for bikers (no bike room, no facility to recharge your e-bike - you need to take your batteries to your room. Well, it's a golf hotel!

Wine in restaurant was very expensive as over 70 euros The food prices was fine but a glass of wine was 19 euros so not great.

Clean and very comfortable. The chateau was fabulous as very authentic. Staff were great in the bar and restaurant.

The air conditioning in our room was poor. It was officially working but we couldn’t feel anything and it was a very hot day. We talked to reception and they quickly arranged for a fab which helped so good service to resolve but still disappointing about the air conditioning.

Beautiful property in a peaceful location. Love the outside pool and the new spa is a great addition. Plenty of easy and safe parking. I liked the ease of loading and unloading luggage being able to pull out car up outside the room.

Our room was very comfortable - great size with plenty of seating area and a big bathroom. Very helpful and friendly staff and lovely terrace outside the hotel to sit and enjoy a cool drink when we arrived. Quiet location and good restaurant with excellent traditional food. Nice pool - perfect for an early-morning dip.
