Wonderful stay, I loved every detail of this home, beautifully designed and very comfortable for our group (4 people). The showers are super nice! Eric was very accommodating, and love the modern feel of the home. Eric thought of everything, including convenient places to charge electronics! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nothing, we loved this apartment and the host!

We loved everything about this apartment! Eric, the host, was there to meet us and go over everything about the apartment, including the phone app we could use to unlock and lock the door, as well as the other features of the apartment. The apartment came with a cell phone that we could take with us around town and we could use it as a hotspot for our own phones. Eric made everything so easy, and he checked in on us after the second day to see if we needed anything. As for the apartment, everything was provided, included soap for the sink, dishwasher, and washing machine. There were charging stations around the apartment that included plugs for Android and iPhone. The couch turns into a very large and surprisingly comfortable bed that our kids (13 & 10) shared. The location, in the 11th arr., was close to two Metro stops, and there was a small grocery store about 100 yards down the road, as well as bakeries and cute little cafes. The apartment is located in a dead-end alley, so no vehicle traffic, and the only foot traffic was from other residents in the neighboring buildings. Sadly, we don't have any firm plans to visit Paris in the near future, but when we do, I will certainly book this apartment again. If comfort, service, and quiet are more important to you than city views, I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone.

It was perfect!

Eric, the host made everything extremely easy, from the detailed information on the apartment, how to get there, how to get in, how everything worked to even the smallest details like phone charging stations with multiple plug styles. A very nice little apartment that was absolutely perfect for our family of 5!

Great location. It was very close to the metro station. Supermarket and bakeries are just around the corner. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Really felt like home!

I really liked this apartment. It is just so clean and well equipped, and this environment is an indispensable place to stay in Paris. If you have any problems, the facilities provided will solve them in no time. The owner is also very kind and takes care of many aspects. This kindness was a great help to us on our trip.　We have stayed in many different hotels and this is the first time we have been so satisfied so far. If you have any doubts about the rating, you should experience a stay there too. You will see that I am not lying when I describe it as it is. I will definitely return to this apartment in Paris.

We travel a lot around the world and have a lot of experience staying in hotels and apartments. Eric's hospitality will definitely be remembered by us forever! The location of the apartment is excellent for a family, a safe neighborhood full of great patisserie and boulangerie, lots of restaurants, supermarkets and cute shops. Close to the metro, the Bastille and more. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything imaginable, very technological with smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube, a computer with games, a washing machine and dryer, even garbage cans that open automatically the kids loved it. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, coffee, spices and more. Eric also lent us a cell phone with a local SIM and hotspot that we could take with us in Paris. But what stood out the most was Eric himself, Eric is a wonderful host, very kind and helpful. He came to show us the apartment when we arrived and during check out went above and beyond for us. Our flight was canceled and we couldn't stay in the apartment that was fully booked. But Eric helped us move our bags to another hotel in his van. He also let us continue to use his cell phone until noon. We recommend Eric's apartment, it really feels like home when you come to Paris. Hope we have a chance to come again.

Everything! The apartment is amazing. I honestly can't think of anything that was missing. The check in process was super easy, the apartment was well furnished, very clean and well located. Eric is a kind host and thoughtful host! Checking in to make sure everything was in order. I can't recommend it enough. We will be back for sure!

Great location in a charming neighborhood with easy access to several metro stations. The apartment had everything we needed and more! Eric was very responsive and proactive in communicating with us. AC, clothes washer and dryer (!), two showers, charging stations, computer, ice, the list goes on and on.

We stayed here for only two days, but really enjoyed them! We liked the apartment: there is very nice neighborhood, it is really close to the metro, but there is peace and quiet. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything needed and even more, for example a hair-styler and a drying machine. The equipment is up-to-date and very progressive. It is very comfortable that there are two showering rooms. All in all, there is everything for a comfortable stay. The host is very attentive and cares about his guests, he is always in touch and ready to help with every issue. We highly recommend this place for everyone. 🤍🇫🇷
