The rooms do not have air condition, which is not necessary when it's cold, but I believe it will be uncomfortable in summer.

The property location is great. Lot of places to eat around. It's walking distance to the Notre dame Cathedral and the Latin quatres. The breakfast was very good and had many choices. The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Nothing, we loved it.

Great welcome from the staff, and in fact all the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't eat there because we wanted to try local cafes, but they offered breakfast and it looked fine. The room was lovely, overlooking the street which is great in Paris, and they were admirably situated near the Luxembourg Gardens.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Near Odeon metro. Breakfast unexpectedly varied compared with other hotels in France - good choices for myself and and my 8 year old granddaughter. Unlimited supply of fresh drinking water at any time. Very helpful front desk staff.

Beautiful Parisian building. Parisian lift which is fun. Staff were lovely and available 24/7. Filtered cold water available. Rooms comfortable. Location was convenient and close to metro.

Had little sleep, as the room was directly above the main entrance and door slammed non stop till very late each night. Would suggest asking for a room away from the stairwell and main entrance door

- I really don’t like carpeted floors in hotels because I think they’re probably harbouring a multitude of germs. But in this case, as the building is what the Germans would call an altbau, I get that you need the carpets to cushion the sound. 😁 - Oh, the key is the old fashioned key that you leave at reception. I think in terms of safety, there are pros and cons here. But I also like that I don’t need to worry about losing the key when I’m out, and I see a friendly face on my way out and in.

- Great location, very near Odeon metro station and the buzzing Latin quarter, yet tucked away on a quiet street. At night, the area is noisy and crowded, yet I heard practically nothing from outside. - Helpful, friendly staff. - An elevator! 🥰 - They put me on the top floor so there was a balcony that you could actually step out on, and in a corner room, so it was quiet— I am a bit noise-sensitive and I slept like a baby. But I can see how the noise travels (I could hear the next-door guest sneezing, coughing and talking), so I tried really hard to step quietly. - The room was clean, the bed was clean, there was a desk with chair and little wardrobe, even a shelf, and a clean bathroom with hot water and good shower pressure. The heater was effective, making the room warm and cozy. Yes, it can feel a little worn, but very well maintained.

It was a great location really central staff were so helpful and friendly. Special mention for Lucien(who I spelt that right). Rooms really clean and nice toiletries.

The elevator was just right maybe a little small. We had asked for a room in a higher floor. .to keep street noise to a minimum but our room ruined out OK, and bigger.

The staff were always helpful and the common areas very well kept.
