We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaHad a difficult time getting into the hotel one night. All gates and doors were locked as an attendant is on duty to let customers in when a service bell is rang. The attendant had not heard the gate ringing for my entry request at a door entry and the parking lot gate. While the hotel is great, I didn't like that I needed to rely on an attendant to enter the premises after a certain time.
Location of the hotel was central, it was just a few minutes walking to restaurants and shops. Very clean room. Restaurant on site or a bakery next door. The staff was incredible, super helpful and provided great recommendations. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well, which was a plus after a long day of walking in the summer heat! Bed was comfortable, blackout curtains were also nice since I had a ground room floor that was closest to the on-site restaurant.
