We got an awful experience with check-in. The receptionist was very rude, disrespectful and unhelpful.

Front door didn’t always open & sometimes front desk employee was absent with no doorbell or entrance code. Maintenance in room can be improved (one light out, bath plug missing)

Most of the staff were great and friendly. However the staff member on Saturday morning at the counter was unfriendly and arrogant.

I was on the 4th floor and for once it was noisy - I think I must have been near the laundry room. This is the first time ever in many stays so I am assuming I just got unlucky! Normally very quiet although close to bars and restaurants

The staff was not very friendly and some spoke English poorly.The building was a little shabby but sufficient.

The hotel has a good location, about 200m far from the Metro that took us directly to Louvre and that is connected with the other main attractions lines. The room was big and warm, even though it was not brand new and well refined. Free parking just 50m from the hotel, in a underground parking.

Everything was good, especially the little kitchen in the room. It's so close to train station, in five minutes you can get to main attractions in the city, also there are restaurants and supermarkets around.

The initial musty smell in the bathroom, but this cleared out immediately I opened up the window. So not a problem at all.

I loved how it was so clean and staff was friendly. Soundproofed rooms. It was a great experience, the hotel was 5 minutes away from Tolbiac metro and 10 minutes away fro place’d Italie metro. There are lots of shops around to get stuff you need. The rooms were arranged everyday (but not thoroughly cleaned). The heating worked perfectly and all appliances in the room worked great. Also free coffee and tea at the lobby.

The breakfast is good, but consists only of a croissant, yoghurt and coffee. But since it doesn't cost a lot, it's okay. You can even get free coffee after the breakfast time. If you want a more diverse and greater breakfast, consider to go eating somewhere else.

If you travel by car, a free parking garage just around the corner is available. The room was clean and there was even a little kitchen inside. The location is perfect. There is the metro 7 (Tolbiac) which is just around 300m reachable by foot. With the metro 7 you reach the center. Also the metro station Place d' italie is not far away. The personal is friendly and helpful.

The price and location are both good. Different metro access points are less than a ten-minute walk away. Free parking is a huge bonus for Paris. Breakfast is not fancy, but a reasonable 10 Euro.

The room was tired, needs some refurbishing. Had 2 problems with the shower/bathtub. The tub wouldn’t fill up cause the drain plug didn’t work and the shower head was on one of those sliding poles which kept falling down. I Skopje with some one at the front desk about it even showed them pictures. They said they would take care of it. They never did. For the money we paid for that room was just not worth it. Too many other better and cheaper places to stay

The rooms were very hot. The heating controls were not really working. Only a minor flaw.

The hotel was well located near the metro. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and polite.

The people at the reception couldve been more friendly. The bathroom floor was not really clean, but the room was in my opinion.

The location was nice, not too far from Place d'Italie and Tolbiac metro station that took you directly to the city centre. The free parking was a big plus and the reason why we chose the hotel. Free coffee in the lobby which is nice!

Staff, broken TV, airco didn’t work the first 2 days, hairdryer was working half. We said it and the answer was “okej”

Very clean, fancy lobby, charming room, good location (near parking, metro station at 10min walking) , the kitchen in the bedroom !!!!!
