Bathroom without exhaustion. Site says that there is a private parking for 25eur per day but I was givem the address of close parking (Índigo Alesia) but with a price of 43uer per day! Rooms are smaller than shown in the pictures.

The room is very small and the space is poorly utilised. The sofa is a sofa bed. It is uncomfortable because there is no room to open it and no room to sit properly for me. Probably because it cannot be closed properly. The lights were rather uncomfortable to use, although charming in their look. There was one light that was on general that turned them all off. The room got very hot very quickly, even though the temperature outside barely reached 17 degrees. There is no real wardrobe. We had a problem with the payment. I had to send a bank transfer, with no real other solution provided by them, although I tried to pay for several days. However, I am sure my card works because I have already used it for similar purchases. The payment should be handled by Booking or the POS should be updated.

The location was great. Montparnasse is a nice neighbourhood where people are quite friendly and very local. The hotel is in a great location and offers a kitchen with a fridge to enjoy the local life for some time. The shampoo and other products were quite good. Coffee capsules were provided every day (if used). The cleaner always cleaned the room very well during our 6 nights.

The beds were okay, and only one pillow on average per bed. Our apartment had little ventilation, but I guess the building design doesn't help much for that. It is still great value for money, but the next step of comfort could be to focus on the beds and linen a little bit more and to try create some mechanical ventilation.

Firstly, the assistance from the staff was exceptional. I was greeted by a smile and shown everything from the room to the parking location and how to access it all. My friend was sitting outside in the morning and was momentarily barefoot, to which he was given a pair of slippers for comfort. He didn't ask, but was assisted. The location is great, considering the price. It also all felt safe.

The location, in the heart of Paris (14th arrondisement, Montparnasse) was fantastic. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly, helpfull and correct. Rooms were small, but tidy and up-to-date. For a stay in Paris, this hotel is worth it!

Some parts are a bit tatty, like the carpets in the hall, and the bedroom floor, but these are really minor.

This is a nice hotel, setup as apartments. The bed was comfortable, with nice sheets, and I could make my own breakfast. The building is a nice old one, in a really nice neighbourhood. There are lots of restaurants and food shops nearby. Also we walked down to Notre Dame from here - past the Pantheon. I would stay here again.

I thought the accommodation itself was cramped but nothing that could be done better. That is probably more my own expectations.

The floor in the apartment looked dirty and old and needed painting-better still some laminate needed to be laid. The carpet on the stairs was old and frayed. the pictures on the walls were poor and dirty and old as if they had come from a junk shop. A pity because the rest of the apartment was good. Shame not to spend some money on these things as they gave the wrong impression of a cheap apartment especially in the entrance.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The daily clean was good. Area was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The bed linen and towels were good quality. Extra supplies were useful.
