It wasn't possible to open my window to create a draft but the air-conditioning worked well.

The hotel despite being in the airport area was well laid out, with very pleasant outside terraces area. The room was spatious and comfortable. The staff were efficient and caring. The shuttle service was punctual and fast, despite being very early in the morning.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is modern, very clean, my room was well appointed, super comfy pillows and bed. It was quiet and restful. I enjoyed the lovely gardens, comfortable lounge and restaurant.

The hotel might have been recently renovated as everything looks new and beautifully decorated. Our room was very big and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were really good.

The room was a bit hot and airless and we could not open the window. They provided a little device to help circulate and cool the air, but it was not very effective. Pity as otherwise this is a good hotel.

The room was stuffy and the HVAC was off (apparently turned off this time of year for the entire building). The management offered a portable fan, which helped, but was a nuisance. Even though the airport terminal is very close, it is not very walkable to get there.

The hotel is nicely remodeled. Very good shuttle service to the airport.

The shuttle to the airport did not leave on agreed time, or better said, it did, but was full and had to come back eventhough we had reserved (and confirmed by hotel) our 'spot'

Free Shuttle bus transfer and Friendly staffs. Especially Julian who greeted us with a big smile and friendly approach. From airport pickup, checkin, room arrangement and check out. Restaurant is amazing, with great interior design and stylish decoration throughout.

Awful decor and had to request bathroom with door as shower etc was part of bedroom !!!! Bizarre and ugly. No comfortable seating.

The shuttle bus is great but the phone system at Marseille airport to call the bus can be hard to find.

I found the restaurant a bit drafty.

It is a very pleasant hotel. It is very very quiet with carpets on the corridors and parquet (or imitation probably) in the rooms which is precisely as it should be. The staff are surprisingly nice and friendly. Of course, this is a place to stay when you travel the next day, this is not a good base for a city trip to Marseille which is relatively far and around the hotel there is nothing - other than the airport. The food is also good and so is the breakfast which starts very early so they think of you as a traveller.

Messages from hotel via booking.com were hacked (!) and I was almost tricked into giving away my credit card number on a bogus site. The hotel later sent a message warning of the hack but it would have been too late. Our dinner order got lost in their computer system and we had a long wait to be served even drinks. On checkout, the dinner bill was not included in the total amount and it took some time for the receptionist to locate it on their system and recalculate the correct total.

Remodeled reception, room and bar/dining areas were great. Buffet breakfast was good, but not good value if not included in room rate. 24hr shuttle to the terminal was very welcome.
