Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Fantastic staff who are not only friendly, they go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Explained to us the transport, the food..... Many thanks to the wonderful staff, Ines and Calmela. We also like how convenient the location is. Tram at door steps for both airport and city center. There is also a train station that takes us to Monaco.

This is an absolutely standard airport hotel. You will likely only want to stay here for its convenience (walking distance) from the airport although there is extremely easy access to the city using the tramway system. Breakfast was good and there are restaurants nearby including one in the same building as the hotel.

The location is not only far from the main center but deserted with absolutely no life around it. There is not a single restaurant, store, shop around. There is in fact nothing around except the station. Distance between this hotel and Nice Ville or the promenade of Nice is far. Trams and buses stop a 5 minutes walk away. We were two ladies and I found it a silent solitary long walk from the bus stop or the station to the hotel every time we got back from some place. The breakfast is just the same every morning with very limited options. The location is alright if you want to use it as a base to travel by train to different cities around.
If you are dependent on the station for intercity travel, it's fine

The climate control. Apparently it was having an issue and it was impossible to set the AC to below 22c. Very warm night. One of our other rooms window opened. But mine and my other friend's room did not.
Great location. One tram stop to airport. Trams also near go to city center. Much lower rate than staying in downtown Nice. While there is no restaurant, the adjacent sister property in the same building has a full service restaurant.

Proximity to airport as within easy walking distance. The bedroom was nicely decorated and very comfortable and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Also breakfast was included in price.

Good service on breakfast with gluten-free bread. Otherwise, some hot items were lacking for a long time at 9 o'clock (scrambled eggs, sausages)..... And no signes for allergenens what so ever.
Everything was as promised. Good bed!

Maybe a bit more choice for breakfast
Location was excellent, hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful, Pedro was especially good, very knowledgeable. Thanks for the umbrellas 👍🏻

The hotel is near the airport so it was easy to get there from the airport. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The staff were helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed my short stay in that hotel.

This hotel is a disaster to find and access into the allocated parking (usually paid for separately). You have a long treck with luggage from parking into the hotel.
Very friendly & helpful staff. Restaurant (for dinner) in adjacent hotel excellent. Staff aware of location problems advised below and instantly offered coupons for free parking and restaurant discount.
