The restaurant was closed as it was Sunday night and it was a distance to the nearest restaurant . There was food offered of a very limited and basic menu which they could easily improve on. The breakfast was over priced and average for the money

The shuttle service to the airport didn’t start until 7 Super Super expensive taxi . Not to far to walk but dark , raining, by a main road I’m a solo female traveler. They should really look into an alternative. 20€ for a 2 minute drive ridiculous!

Our room 331 was a bit noisy- think it was close to either the aircon or lift machinery.

Good breakfasts and a very convenient location close to the airport. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. All were bilingual which I think is a big plus for the hotel.

The hand-held shower was not functional, and the drain didn't work. The heater air was so loud I could not sleep unless I turned it off.

The location and staff were great. Manuel at the front dwak is a perfect host. The shuttle bus driver helped me with logistics and was really friendly. Breakfast was spectacular.

We would have liked to have charged our electric car, but were told that they had a charge point, but it was not working.

Very clean and welcoming. The staff were very helpful . It was good to have the restaurant there. The main reason for staying was the closeness to the airport as we had a very early flight.

The website said there was a free shuttle to the airport. There wasn't. It cost 15 euros each way by taxi. This isn't a huge amount, but it is very annoying when the site says 'free'. I queried with the receptionist and was told the site wasn't up to date. This is very poor management supervision of what is supposed to be a quality hotel chain. The restaurant was closed but we knew that because that was on the website. The bar was closed which we didn't know. During the night we had to evacuate the building twice due to fire alarms - they were faults. To paraphrase Oscar Wilde 'To have one may be regarded as misfortune but to have two may be regarded as carelessness.' So, with a non-existent free shuttle and having to evacuate the hotel twice on a frosty night one would expect at least an acknowledgement from the hotel other than a simple 'sorry' from the receptionist. None has been forthcoming. Perhaps the management has not been on a Management of Quality course which would tell them how to delight the customer or at least, not annoy them! There are other hotels in the area. Next time I will use one of them rather than the Holiday Inn.

We stayed in an executive room. It was comfortable, clean and reasonably spacious. We stayed on a Friday night. Close to the airport but not in walking distance with luggage. Secure parking on site for seven days while we were away at a reasonable price. Pleasant reception staff. Good breakfast.

The same old breakfast can easily become monotonous after few days. I did not find vendor machine to get drinks at night.

Location is okay and near the tramway station. Room is clean and having no smell of cigarattes' smoke. WIFI is also useful and smooth.

Location perfect for early morning flight. We spent a day at the pool, which was great. The reception staff and bar/restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful.

Lack of hot drink making facilities. Very sparse on teabags. A fridge would have been handy in the room.

location - walking distance from the airport and 10 min walking distance to nearest metro stop. Nice parks nearby also. Bar area very nice. Spacious room. Clean and tidy.
