The entrance to the car park was very narrow (at the bottom of a ramp). OK for small cars, tight for medium sized cars, almost impossible for larger cars.

Breakfast was nice buffet style with plenty of choice and available from 0630 which helped us get away early to avoid "rush hour" traffic. TIP : Annecy traffic is grid lock in morning rush hour !

One of the rooms smelled musty, like one of the siphons had fallen dry. Having the window open for some time helped a bit but we never got fully rid of that smell. Without that the hotel would have been just perfect.

The rooms were as expected. There's a garage in the basement but only suitable for small cars. A VW Touran would have barely fit into it. Luckly there are oublic parking spaces nearby which a free of charge from 19:00 to 09:00 in the morning. Great location if you want to visit the old town (about 25 walking minutes away) and if you plan trips into the country on the Eastern side of the lake. Friendly staff and easy check-in/out.

The parking is very convinient, but the entrance is a bit tricky, very narrow. Location is not at the center (30min by walk). But we knew this and was totally fine to walk to the center.

Price/quality ratio. Very clean and spacious. Very nice staff. Small details which make a difference, such as gummies at the entrance. Very calm area.

As a family room it was absolutely ok. two level, but big bed, two single beds. Those were way too soft in our point of view, so no one was really able to sleep well. The bathroom has seen better times, some shelved almost came down from the wall. But the most horrible thing: the parking garage. Seems it was made for Smarts only. The door of the trunk was hitting the ceiling, the spots themselves were simply tiny. But the worst thing was the way out and in. Really tiny, so a big scratch in the car was not to avoid :( So if you have a decent car, do yourself a favor and rather find sth outside of this garage.

We left early, because it was simply a transit hotel for us. We arrive late in the evening and it was a quick checkin. We have also asked for a parking spot, which was available, but this is also the main reason for the average result of our stay.

Beds were stiff. The hotel is in a heart of a neighborhood, don't recommend walking to late at night in that area we didn't feel secure, but nothing happened though. A little bit far from the center for people who cannot walk.

Breakfast was good. Specious room for 3 adults. Location, depends either you like to walk or drive, we like to walk so to the center it took us about 30 min.

smell of the room very perturbing and super strong.. both night slept with the window open.. shower curtains already affected by mold and color changed.. breakfast had no vegan options (vegan milk, yoghurts) no healthy cereals only industrial sweet ones and fruits quality pretty low.

The room wasn't exceptional. I also had my doubts whether it was clean or not. The AC was definitely broken. It was really hot for us. However we didn't really bother as we just stayed for one night and were really tired to do anything about it.

Staff were really kind and welcoming. They let us keep our bags in the lockers after checkout the next day so that we could go explore the city. We even tried the bar there. Pretty good
