The hotel is older but very well maintained.

The hotel is in the middle of the wineyards, amazing views from every side. People were very, very friendly, helped us with our bicycles and everything. The breakfast was amazing! Everything was really good quality and very fresh.

The hotel is situated in a vineyard and in addition to the hotel, there is a wine cellar and an excellent restaurant. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a balcony overlooking the vineyards -- quite pleasant. The staff was friendly. We had lunch in the Belle Vue, the restaurant next to the hotel and that was quite good. The quaint village of Gueberschwihr is worth a walking tour and there are many excellent walking routes of varying degrees of length and difficulty that originate in the area. Easy drive to Rouffach and Equisheim .

Our welcome was a bit abrupt and felt like lacking a warm welcome and empathy after a long drive. We thought the Hotel room was 'tired' in terms of its room facilities and decor. Perhaps because we had a dog, we were allocated a more 'basic' room. Water/coffee making facilities were absent in the room. Such a small gesture would have been appreciated greatly. Breakfast (extra) was very good. Access to Colmar city ('wow' factor) was easy and should not be missed. A visit to the Vineyard wine shop (below) is a must also. Very helpful and informative staff.

The hotel room had not been re-decorated so it had an older bathroom and but it was very clean, it had a bath tub and shower but you could not put the shower head up on the wall so you have to hold it. The room was also very clean but had a musty smell it was not bad as we could have the windows open to keep the fresh breeze coming in.

My partner and I arrived passed the checkin time and the Hotel kindly accommodated us and left the key at the reception so we could still stay and then we checked in the next morning, this was rally great after a long day of traveling. The Hotel was easy to find by our car navigation and located in the middle off a vineyards perfect to enjoy the beautiful scenery that we came to see. The hotel is large and has been decorated nicely, our room was very large so lots of space for our luggage. We included the breakfast, it was a large buffet with a lot to choose from it was a great continental spread.

Very nice hotel located on the Alsace wine road. It is a perfect spot to discover amazing wines and small towns on the wine route. NIce breakfast. There is very good wineyard next door and restaurant as well where you can walk. Very close is L'Altevic, Michelin recommended restaurant where you could have lunch or dinner. The are dog friendly. Staff is very relaxed and nice. We had amazing week there.

In our Alsace road trip, this hotel was the best to stay. Very very clean, and comfortable. We reserved two rooms one with front view(attached photo) and the other one with vinyard view which makes you feel you slept among the vinyard whole night. This hotel is fabolous at its breakfast as well. Very rich choice of delicious pastry. It will be our only choice in our next trip for sure. The ladies running hotel are also very kind and helpful in recommendation for restaurant.

Astonishingly, the hotel restaurant was closed along with every restaurant in the village, which seems to be the norm for Mondays and Tuesdays. No facilities for making tea or coffee drinks were provided in the room. The room badly needed some renovation. The decor was showing clear signs of wear and one power socket was hanging off the wall, while another was somewhat loose.

The location - a small and picturesque Alsace village surrounded by vineyards. The breakfast was excellent - a goodf start to the day.

I liked everything.

All of our stay was wonderful, the room was clean and airy with a beautiful view over the vineyards. Bed was very comfortable. There is a lift and access is easy. Easy to reach local villages and towns. Staff were great, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a very well stocked buffet. There is a wine shop next door!! There is not a restaurant but location is great for eating out.
