Staffs are friendly, helped me with finding a European outlet to charge my phone. The room is nice and has everything i need. Good location, right next to the metro station.

Breakfast in the cellar without a window and they have erverywhere mirrors.

The location of the hotel was great, metro in front of the door and only 1,5km to the Eifel-Tower. Breakfast is not top level, but you will find there something, coffee was good. Personal was really nice and we could keep the luggage there and check out at 12 was also confortable.

We were very happy with our stay in Paris. The hotel was in a great location and the daily breakfast was excellent. The dining area had a great feel about it and there was a wonderful selection of food and drinks.

Location is perfect. Just 1 min walk from Dupleix metro station which makes it very easy to see many of the touristic places. Small but clean rooms, very kind staff. I recommend this hotel ❤️

Room at the 2nd floor, you can hear the noise from the street (especially from a rugby bar which is right next to the hotel) but it didn't bother us much. Bed (two single beds pushed together) was really soft and uncomfortable but it's the matter of a personal choice. Breakfast was simple, every day the same. The coffee was really bad, tasted like an instant one. On our last day, there was no fruit or variety of bread, croissants etc.

Given its star level it doesn’t come with a fridge which I wish I had. All room doors closed very loudly so it disturbed my sleep a bit. (But the window facing the street has strong soundproof though so i had almost no noise from the street at all)

Very good location, enough shops and restaurants around. Though room is small but very comfortable, even comes with a bathtub! Staff was also very nice and helpful with everything. I checked in on a less busy day and they upgraded me to a higher floor where you can see a bit of Eiffel tower’s tip

It gets hot because there is no aircon in the hotel during spring season so we had to open the windows. Thanks to Magdalena for placing us in a quiet room.

It’s great that it’s just next to a train station. Close to Eiffel Tower too. We love the staff members, they are very friendly. Thank you Alex for all your suggestions.

The only disappointment had to do with neighbors who arrived late and were going back and forth between rooms and overly loud. I just did not have the energy to get out of bed and ask them to refrain, and didn't want to risk a problem.

Excellent customer service. Very comfy room and nice "extras" (tea, toothbrush kit etc.).

I was disappointed with the size of the bath towels, which were more like a large hand towel than a bath towel. Also I could not lock my safe, which was very frustrating. I tried numerous times and managed it once or twice after trying many times and following the instructions. In the end I gave up.

Good location, friendly staff and clean room and comfortable bed. The room was a little small, but perfectly adequate for me as I was on my own.

Staff were really helpful. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was good. Very handy being Opposite train station but couldn’t here any noise in the room!! Places to eat and drink plus supermarkets and chemist in the same road. Only a 10 to 15 minute walk from Eiffel Tower
