Toilet that squakes( make a sound as if not properly placed or anchored) everytime you sit on it. Otherwise, it was clean & comfortable

Just for the breakfast, it was a buffet but the choices were few. Coffee machine is broken. Quite expensive for the served meals.

Everything was great! Budget friendly but it gives comfort and accessibility in the area, especially in the Sanctuary and Grotte. Our room was nice and clean too! The staffs were very kind, they can communicate well in English and they always smile which made us feel more comfortable.

Challenge navigating the too many elevators inside tge hotel. More than 5 elevators compartment attached to each section of the building. One can be confused within first day of arriving with navigating which elevator belong to your room sections. Buy yiu will be fine after day 1 of arrival.

Good location if you are on pilgrimage to the Lourdes sanctuary - less than 2 mins walk. Access to many shops and cross-cultural restaurants . Very good dine-in buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Be prepared to pay a city tax of about 4-5 euros. Rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable .

The lift too much waiting time

It's a good hotel but lift were very slow so we had to walk through the steps but if people are disabled they have to wait for the lift for longer. Otherwise it's a good hotel.

My room was the one under the terrace so I always had to wake up with the noise of chairs. Staff at the front desk needs to be well trained to inform guests properly about the hotel's access and facilities.

Excellent location with easy access to the sanctuary. It is like 2 min walking distance. Also surrounded by good cafés and restaurants. Rooms are clean and amenities are good.

High price due to location of the hotel, but hotel it self is very very standard/minimal.

The location is perfect as it is very close to the sanctuary. The room is clean but the beds are not the best. The facilities are pretty standard but we spent most of the time out so it is no problem for us. I like that we can park in front of the hotel and the space is specifically booked for us (advise: book in advance)

The smell in the main corridor was strange - like on a ship, moist. The entrance to the grotto.

The location of the hotel is amazing! Just few steps away from the Sanctuary. We loved it. Many times we would pray at the Sanctuary, go back to the hotel (for example to change the clothes) and head back out again. Everything super close. Comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple. Bathroom was a good size. Window overlooking the Sanctuary. Room was also a good size. Overall a good stay.

The only thing negative is that they won't give you a room earlier than 14h even if there's one ready and free. They have mandatory paying early check in. Other than that everything was good.

Perfect location few min away from sanctuary. Rooms are quiet, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Good buffet available for lunch and dinner. Better than my expectations.

Location just few minutes walk from the sanctuary. Staff obliging . Special mention Valarie at the reception and Danielle at the restaurant. Also the bar staff. These three were very helpful.

The food on our first night was a buffet and it was excellent, the second night was awful as they appeared to put the wrong menu up on the boards so didn’t have the choices that were on it, we were given a plate with a small piece of dried salmon and a handful of chips and that was it, no veg or sauce to accompany it. We ate out after this. Also the Bar closed at 9pm so when we arrived back from the Procession we couldn’t even get a drink.

The location was excellent. Staff were lovely.
