We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great meal at the Michelin restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Awesome breakfast the next day - something for everyone. Great castle to explore up the hill. Friendly, helpful staff.

United KingdomWe drove from London and the entire way we were looking forward to a spa or swim in the pool. Both areas were out of bounds and not useable. This was upsetting as it was a key feature for us booking here. We wished we'd known in advance.
The hotel is superbly located in the town. The view from our room was amazing of the Chateau. The staff were lovely and helpful. We used the restaurant L'Essential on site and it was mind-blowing - highly recommend! The loft room was large and we wish we'd had more days here. Free parking across the road on the river. We shall be back!

United KingdomBeautiful property, very helpful staff and truest a dog friendly hotel. We stayed a night and immediately wanted to book another night. It’s very hard to find dog friendly hotels which 1) do not overcharge you for a pet, 2) that provide you with nice accommodation with a pet. This hotel provided a beautiful room for my husband and I’d anniversary which was dog friendly. I would recommend to anyone this hotel especially dog owners!
