The room was way too hot. Even with the heat turned completely off and the window open, it was too warm for sleeping. Perhaps a lighter weight duvet with a spare blanket would be better for those who like to sleep in a cooler room. Better yet, no duvet at all, just a sheet and a blanket or two.

The location was great, though the directions on how to get there from the train station could be clearer.

Not a single cheapest bottle of water. Sliding doors to the bathroom were impossible to close - sliding back. Staff expressed zero support.

It's on a small street, and a little bit tricky to find at first. Additionally, the rooms are pretty small and the bed is average on comfort.

This hotel is in a great location and an affordable option for single Backpackers or couples. It's a 7-minute walk to the bus terminal, and also a short walk to the lake, the main grocery store, and old Town Annecy. Also has good shower pressure and optional breakfast.

It is a tiny bit dated but still clean. A bit basic for the price.

We booked this hotel super last minute due to an issue with a dodgy Airbnb. We were really grateful it was available as it was SO much better! The location is great, really close to the lake and old town. Room was nice and clean with aircon which was great in the 34 degree heat. Bed was very big and room was a good size. Bathroom was good with great shower. Staff were super friendly. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Very hot in Annecy, so a fan or air con overnight would have been ideal.

Staff very helpful and location excellent. I enjoyed the breakfasts. The bed was comfortable and there was a great shower. My friend joined me on the last night and housekeeping separated the bed to twins for us; nothing was too much trouble. The room was ideal for 1 person (2 if a short stay) but I knew this when I booked. Would definitely stay here again.

Not enough plug sockets (medical equipment needed to be plugged in next to bed) and no coffee/tea making facilities in room.

I wish they had parking closer, in a better location AND it was included in the cost. Parking is 3 blocks away (about a 5 minute walk) and its in a weird location that you have to open a large gate then drive up a tiny ramp with a curb that sticks way out. And they charge you 7 euro a day for this.

Room was nice and was cleaned daily, We stayed for 5 days.. It was a pretty small room though and the fridge was tiny as well. Typical European accommodations though.
