I asked a lot of questions before we arrived and I was told the full time concierge could be more help in person. Limited English and advanced bookings would have been better. Everything was sold out by the time we got there.

I missed vegetables at breakfast. Some tomatoes, bell peppers or cucumbers would be nice. The walls are thin, we could hear the guests shower in the next room (and they probably us), even louder talking got through.

The location of the hotel between two major metro lines is a plus point. The street is rather quiet, you don't hear traffic so much. We heard one police siren during the 4 nights we spent. We booked two rooms for 4 people. Both of them had tea facilities. The first room was with a bathtub and in the middle of the corridor. The room was quite big, with a bit of storage space. TV, desk and chairs, open storage with hangers and a couple of shelves. Air conditioning also working as heating is another plus point. Wi-Fi was working fine. The second room was with a shower and located at the end of the corridor. The bathroom was smaller and the shower a bit tight (no place to bend). Also, every morning it smelled of croissants. Wi-Fi was poor. Breakfast was good. Bacon and scrambled eggs,, some ham and cheese incl. Brie, croissants and bread. Nutella, honey, jam. Cornflakes are also available. Coffee is really good and tea is also possible. Apples and bananas were also available. The bacon and eggs trays were constantly empty, but after requesting it, refill came in max. 10 min. The hotel lobby has a shoe cleaning machine, free of charge. There also have a (locked) luggage storage area, also free of charge. The rooms were cleaned daily (bins emptied). The hotel also has a waiting room with two vending machines. The one for coffee only accepts cash/coins. The reception staff and breakfast staff are kind and polite.

Slight signs of mold in some corners of the room, as it tends to gather in older houses, although not enough to make me feel uncomfortable.

Nice and to-the-point staff. All the amenities were there, nothing missing, all was clean and comfortable. A decent hotel, I will gladly come back again.

Rooms need a little upgrade, a/c never worked properly (but it was chilly in Paris, so we did not care), shower would get clogged

Could be even cleaner. The carpet on the floor is very strange and the cleanness of it is unclear. The room was also a bit cold, the isolation is not very good.

It is better that the room has a shower rather than a bath. But, in principle, it was good anyway. There was noise coming from the radiators, although it was cold.

We like the 13th arrondissement. It is very convenient for us to live there. Convenient transport links. A sufficient number of restaurants and shops near the hotel. Very qualified and friendly staff. There are umbrellas for guests at the reception. The room was mostly quiet. There is a kettle.

The glass of the bathtub was small so that a lot of water was thrown out when have a shower.

Friendly staff who communicate in English. Room is simple, warm, nice and clean with free wi-fi. Breakfast was really good with many choices. Hotel was near to 2 metro stations and has a supermarket nearby. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The room was really dark as there was no light in the ceiling just on the sides.

Room temperature in the night was really cold, but I reported the issue to the staff, and they helped us by bringing an electric heater, and it was perfect.

The hotel I stayed for 4 days. According to me, this is the best hotel that we can stay with this price and cheap but very good quality hotel. If we come to Paris again, We will choose this hotel. The best advantage for this hotel was location and most of the places are in walking distance. I fully recommend to everyone 😇😇

Small room, needs renovating, not like the photos. Very poor noise insulation. TV blaring in room next door at 8am, making it impossible to sleep late.

Great location, perfect for metro to sights and RER to CdG Airport. Very helpful night porter who ordered me a taxi when I had a problem.

Not much storage for clothing/suitcases but this seems normal in Paris :) There was also some noise from our neighbours, but not too much.

Room was comfortable - great beds, bedding and relatively spacious. Bathroom was also relatively spacious and shower had good water pressure and temperature! We also had a balcony which was super! We also liked how the hotel is clearly conscious of the environment. It was easy to get to the Metro station and the nearby bus stop. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful.
