Nice place in the city. Relevant price and services. Breakfast was good. It is fine place. With this price as it is now I am suppose that this is valid maximum of service and all related stuff. Location is a subjective for many person, I am sure that this place is really not so far. Around 10 rather short bus stops from the central bus station - perfect fit if you take bus to another city next day.

The facilities are not so good looking and they remind a kind of American style motels, but for a one night stay is value for money. Also, the access by car or on foot is confusing and not easy to find it. More signs please.

The room was clean and had all the comforts regarding our stay. The hotel is located approximately 20 minutes driving by car from the city centre. Also, they offer free parking at the hotel , and if you want you can book breakfast upon arrival or in advance.

I thought it was closer to the Christmas market but it was far and had to take public transportation, very small and uncomfortable

Lots of seafood options for the restaurant menu. Small rooms

More choices for the dinner menu. The hours of the dinner need to be adjusted, open too late.

Getting in was CRAZY. Our driving app sent us around and around, because it's a gated area, and the gate wasn't open. We finally saw another car (at the OTHER gate, which we had gone around to), go through the "do not enter" sign, and got in. Took probably 40 minutes at least to get in, from when we were practically there.

Staff was great--due to the craziness of getting throught the gate, Chimene went out in the rain, in the dark, with an umbrella to let us in. Room was fine, if small, and breakfast was great.

I was not aware that the hotel was far from the city center and that it was kind of hidden.

The hotel staff was great, courteous, informative and very helpful. The restaurant has a great kitchen.

We we're travelling to Italy so this was A good place to stop off on the way. It was clean and easy to access as we arrived late the staff were helpful and left our key in a safe box.

The hotel's main entrance for visitors without a car is not so comfy. It was hard at first time to find the entry.

Arriving late it was dark and rather difficult to find where the entry was. I had rung to inform of our late arrival and late entry details were sent via Booking.com app. Instructions mentioned land marks to look for but in the dark this wasn’t so helpful. Staff were very helpful once we arrived at reception. It was just a bit difficult getting there initially.

Comfortable bed, clean and comfortable room. Secure parking. We arrived just before reception closed and staff were helpful with parking.

Towels were very rough. No.decaf coffee at breakfast.

Location was ideal. Ample parking. Out of city centre. Quiet in the evg. Able to sit on terrace and have a meal.

The gate key provided didn’t work to get into the property, and when I left to get some food (on foot) I found myself locked out. The code worked to leave, though, but getting onto the property was difficult and a little more difficult than I would have liked. Silver lining: super secure!

It’s very secure and clean, and the shower was probably the best I’ve had during our stay in various hotels around Europe. I also appreciated the kettle and various options for tea in the room.

Sadly the gates weren’t working on arrival & security had to keep getting called. Also the restaurant doesn’t open at weekends so we ordered Uber. My husband went to the gate to get the food but had to go to find the driver & the gate closed on him. He range security & they said it was reception problem. some back and forth on the way home and he got back in. Our food was cold of course but we had no choice but to eat it. I don’t remember seeing if the restaurant was closed or not on my booking but I picked campanile knowing they had restaurants attached so beware and check with them.

Wonderful guy on reception as we arrived who spoke great English and made it so much easier for us. Great location for an overnight heading into Germany. Room very clean & as we had heavy suitcases we asked for downstairs as no lifts at this chain of hotels that we’ve found so far.
