The main lift from the ground floor entrance up to the reception on the third floor was out of action for our entire stay. We are both elderly and it was almost impossible going up and down, especially with luggage. The outside appearance of the hotel entrance is also very shabby. Where are the little trees in tubs shown in the advertising. A pity really, because it’s otherwise a friendly and welcoming hotel at a good price.

Not that I didn’t like it but warmer blankets for pur child could have made available instead of extra layers of bed sheets. It’s a hotel at the end. Otherwise, everything was good. Thank you!

A good decent breakfast, nice staff helped us with our baby and the hotel is in the heart of Grenoble with elevators so easily accessible.

View from window was onto the building next door, but i was only there to sleep and the price reflected the lack of view.

Great location in center of town. Short walk to the bubbles that take you up to the fort. There is free parking overnight and Sundays in the streets close by.

The rooms and general decor are quite basic and small.

Location is excellent, in a great downtown area with lots of nice restaurants and shops around to explore. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. The cost of the hotel is very reasonable too. There’s a nice lobby area where we sat and also a lovely balcony.

The location was right in the center next to a Tram-Station. Still the room was quite. Bed was comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom had a comfortable size. Staff was super helpful. At night they only let guests inside. This guarantees the security for their clients. Overall it was a good stay.

-At my arrival, I was told that the room was ready for check in , so I went in and about 20 minutes later the cleaning lady opened my door without knocking(!), not knowing that I was in there and telling me that the room was in fact not ready. So I had to leave again and wait for a while. Unfortunately, there was no "do not disturb" sign available. -breakfast was fine, except for the fact that the empty containers weren't filled up again

The comfort quality is not bad but this is the the bare minimum you can expect. A bed and a shower, nothing more.

Location was really good. You are in the heart of the city. On top of that the parking is very practical.

There weren't enough electrical outlets in the room, I had to charge my phone in the bathroom so my friend could use the one next to the bed. I would prefer if there was one outlet in each side of the bed 🤷🏻‍♂️ Also some lights flickered or took a while to turn fully on.
