Room was very warm, duvet was very thick. Air con didn't cool the room so having the windows open meant we could hear the road noise which kept us awake and uncomfortable 😔 this happens in a lot of hotels unfortunately... I suppose due to the expense of air con they limit the temp a client can lower it to.

Very friendly, welcoming staff, very relaxed. Nice bar area, modern decor and comfortable rooms, extra pillows given etc. Secure free parking, options for food, pool area looked great. Close to the motorway junction.

After a long journey it would have been nice if the restaurant was open we really just wanted to eat and get to bed.

Very friendly staff, fast check in. not my first stay here... usual Ibis comfort as expected, The evening menu was FANTASTIC, Worthy of a good middle class French restaurant! Most Ibis restaurants in my experience serve basic hamburger/fastfood stuff, This was first class!! Other Ibis hotels take note!

not the best location, in the middle of an industrial area with nothing really around. a supermarket and a mcdonald’s but not much else. have to get an uber to town centre or a bus but the bus only accepts cash

Coffee and orange juice are just miserable. I'd prefer to pay a bit more, but have a good coffee and a decent orange juice.

Simple hotel - great to stay while passing through and needing a rest from driving. Closed and protected parking and even has EV charging, which was a bonus for us. Rooms are small, but clean.

Access to cold water was difficult. Staff at dinner was overwhelmed and there was no clear section non-smoking on terasse.

Breakfast buffet: egg boiling device does not boil so the eggs are not properly cooked although following cooking time on device. Bathroom doors cannot be locked.

The restaurant is closed at weekends. We walked to the Buffalo Grill for dinner which was awful. Not enough staff and mediocre food. Right next to a very busy, noisy road.

Not the hotels fault, but there was a large party staying, and the dinner was a self service buffet which was very crowded. I really enjoyed my last stay here where an excellent menu was served by a waiter on the outside terrace. This time dinner was ok, but a different experience. The very friendly staff did their best for me, but it wasn't the same as last time. Thanks anyway!

Not the most picturesque of locations, but convenient if you’re just passing through. The Buffalo Grill across the road was quite tired, although the food & service was good.

Good secure parking, pleasant check in, comfortable room. Although the location was a bit industrial, there were lots of shops & restaurants nearby.
