I liked the restaurant, both the buffet and breakfast. I also appreciated the convenient location and ease in finding the hotel.

The hotel said that did not have a way to give us a wake-up call. For a airport based hotel, the hotel should be able to wake clients so that they can catch their early flights.

This is a very basic hotel at Roissy-Pole that is just steps away from CDGVAL. The room is clean with no frills and a TV with one English Station (BBC) that pixilated so much, it needed to be turned off. Dinner at the Italian Pizza place was OK.

It would be nice to provide more clear and straight information on how to reach the shuttle station towards the hotel. I think the signs are not well positioned along the airport corridors.

The hotel has very good accommodation and its location is the best since it is so close to Charles de Gaulle Airport. The access by shuttle helps a lot to reach out to the hotel. It is the most valuable cost-benefit we could find it.

Perfect location! You walk out of the airport train station and it's right in front of view with no need to cross any streets or walk far. Extremely convenient for traveling in and out of Paris. The room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Dinner was excellent (very nice buffet with fresh fish, etc. and great service) but breakfast buffet not so much (omelettes looked like they were from a mix, service was a little disorganized). Coffee shop and bar were both great; lobby had games for entertainment. Definitely recommend.

No smart tv available in the room no Netflix and YouTube and kettle and iron both are not in the room facilities coffee and tea not available in the room service. In Uk we will get all these facilities in all hotels and including the hotel packages

Clean and neat, quit and clam very near to rail station, bus station and airport. Breakfast was great good timing available. Games for kids for fun . Sitting area is good and comfortable

I missed a kettle and tea in the room. The check in queue was long and only two people on the counter. Quicker check in after a flight would help.

Location was easy to reach, the rooms were comfortable, the games area was great for the kids, the breakfast was wholesome and an attached Starbucks great!

The air conditioning was terrible, the room never cooled down. Buffet breakfast was poor as some items were cold (scrambled eggs and sausages), shortage of utensils, and a long wait for refreshing the empty serving dishes.

Clean but small rooms, typical Ibis. Quiet. Easy access to CDG airport as the CDGval stop is 2 minutes away. Located just outside Terminal 3. Two restaurants.

We had a three person room which consisted of a double bed and a small fold out sleeper chair. The fold out sleeper was worn and needed replacement. We were afraid to have someone sleep on it so all slept on one bed. Also could have used a small bar refrigerator.

Great location to the airport and RER. During an overnight stay we were able to drop our bags off and go into Paris for the day.

Beds were very narrow. No printed information - only QR to scan - not helpful if without phone or if have phone problems.

Convenient location for arriving from overseas. Easy to find. Easy check-in and helpful staff ( very handy when you don't speak French). Very clean room.

The wifi has this very annoying captive system that does not work on a MacBook when running a high level of security. This forces to use ones mobile, though that is not really an option when you are roaming.

The location is excellent for an early/late flight, though it is also very noisy and no way of opening a window in the room and sleep. I guess it depends what time you arrive, but for a change checkin was fast and without issues.
