We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Good location, clean, good sized, modern rooms, fabulous Kyriad hotel. A very large car park opposite the hotel ideal for taller vehicles (the hotel has an underground height restricted car park).

United KingdomDo not take rooms 126 - 128 - 130 and rooms above this due to the heating/air con outside which is on all night.. You will not get any sleep if you are a light sleeper..
This hotel is very good, staff are always excellent and will help you out as much as they can.. Rooms are clean, tidy...However rooms, if they offer you 126 - 128 & 130 ask to be moved, outside these rooms is the system for the heating/air con which is all through the night and very noisy.. Light sleepers will not get any sleep as I found out myself.
