Breakfast at 09:00am was missing fresh eggs & the only solitary rasher of bacon was very overcooked & hard as shoe leather. The staff were never any where to be seen but could be heard laughing while talking continuously on phone to friends. When a complaint was made at reception the staff were disinterested and made NO ATTEMPT to apologise. An extreme disappointment for the price. Attention needed in this aspect. It spoilt the overall impression

Shower of our room was broken but we got an upgraded room the next day. This shows that they care and they do their best to help you.

Really nice lady at reception, giving us all the info we needed. Even informed us about a large group for breakfast next day and told us to come a bit earlier or later to avoid this. Really appreciated.

Arrived at destination at 1.00am. SAT NAV said : you have arrived --> couldn't see the hotel --> not even a small lighted sign. I phoned to reception who was very helpful and patient. Again not a single lighted sign for the car park. As the town center is a kind of one way system, I missed the entrance of the car park --> Had to make an additional round. Again I couldn't find --> The receptionnist came in the street to show me the way : I confirm it was not possible to "guess" where the entrance was. In a nut shell : arrived at 1.00am was in my bed at 1.45am

Perfect hotel location. Room very modern, kettle etc provided and bed very comfortable. Hot and cold breakfast with staff being attentive. Bonus having a small bar to buy drinks in the evening. Staff very happy to store my medication travel case in hotel fridge/freezer. Unfortunately, on check out, I forgot my medication. So on arrival at our next destination (also a ‘Best Western Hotel’) staff contacted the San Benedetto who arranged to post everything back to me in the UK, which arrived safely.

all was good. we just need to let the staff know about the TV in our room, the sound didn’t work well. we should have told the staff while the check out but we totally forgot about it. for the rest all is great.

it was clean and the hotel looks good and lovely. we appreciated the parking which was secure. the staff is great and welcoming. a special thank to Cyril who was very nice and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a lift that is a plus, it location was good near to cafes & restaurants, our room & bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable and very adequate for an overnight stay hotel had supplied tea & coffee facilities too. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment: it being a quiet time of year the hotel had 2/3 staff on and they were very helpful. parking is permitted outside which is paying, - we were lucky as we arrived sunday afternoon and parking was free up until monday 9am.

Parking and breakfast were not included in the price and the add on of 9€ per day for parking and 14€ per person per day for breakfast seemed excessive. There is free parking opposite and a very nice cafe 50 metres away on the main square with a more reasonably priced breakfast at €6.50 each
