Ski boot room is good but heated boot driers would be good (minor negative).

Very friendly welcome from the owner. Rooms were as expected, warm and very clean. Nice quiet location. Plenty of hot water for showers/baths. Ability to connect Netflix/Prime to room TV nice bonus. WIFI was also good. Food was of a good standard and plentiful. Also catering for a vegetarian in our group.. Staff were lovely and made us feel welcome. Very close to the Village chairlift (5min walk). The free shuttle bus stops very close to the hotel and takes you into the town centre, although it is an easy 10 mins walk. Buses only run till 7 except Saturday which run later as main changeover day. Would highly recommend this hotel for those on a budget - will be back 😁

Fantastic staff, couldn’t do more to accommodate my GF free wife and Marcelle helped us to stay an extra night! Great location near Village Chairlift and ski bus stop outside. Ski equipment rental shops, ESF meeting point and liftpass office close by. Simple but cosy rooms with lovely views over mountains.

My room lacked of sockets, there was only one next to the bed and I had a room with 4 beds. The hotel's layout seems a bit weird, we had to get up and down and use 4 stairs to reach 1 floor. The village's main area is a bit distanced, but it was not a big problem for us: it took us about 15-20 min one way to reach it through shortcuts. Breakfast was not the strongest point of the hotel: eggs weren't good at all, salty and dark; little assortment in general. Also no forks were available. Poor wifi connection in the room. BUT it didn't impact on my stay much, I had a good time there, and will recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable bedding and adequate room temperature, surprisingly good shampoo/shower gel. Warm Italian welcome, lovely staff, hassle-free ambiance and overall good atmosphere. The hotel is very close (1-2 minutes) to "Village" ski lift. Good price-quality ratio.

Some dinners not so good, for example seafood risotto has no place in a mountain resort, the lack of boots dryers in the ski room, the entrance to the room because of a wall where if you are not careful you hit yourself, the bathroom extremely small.

Location, close to the cables and slopes, the food quite good, the friendliness of the staff, the room and restaurant clean.

The room was large for a ski establishment. Only less than 5 minutes walk from the Valley lift. Breakfast was buffet style, with some cooked options. The range of foods for breakfast was very good.
