The lack of space for the breakfast. The lack of space in the room. There was no space to hang cloths. There was no small fridge to help keep a few fruits and drinks.

I recently stayed at Hotel de Neuve by Happyculture during my solo trip to Paris, and it was definitely worth the money. The location couldn't have been better, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The only minor issue was that the elevator seemed a bit dated and didn't function as smoothly as expected. However, aside from that, everything was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and overall very pleasant. I would certainly choose to stay here again for any future short trips to Paris.

Rooms are small. For us, it was no issue as we didn't have much luggage. If you have a big suitcase, you will be playing jenga.

Wonderful small hotel in an excellent location tucked away from traffic and noise. Lovely attentive staff, thank you Phillipe and team. It was very helpful to have a taxi pre booked by Phillipe to collect me after a long haul flight and very early morning arrival. My room was cosy and comfortable. Lots of cafes and bistrots close by. A sweet lounging area to take breakfast which had lots of choice.

The lift was a little unsteady but staff helped with luggage transfers up and down. Plumbing was a little problematic but was quickly sorted.

Lovely friendly staff, breakfasts were excellent, location was excellent close to 3 Metro stations and many buses with cafes and restaurants all around.

Very good. I enjoyed the muesli and fresh fruit every day. I also had the toast, the baguette and croissants at least once each over our 6 days., the tea and coffee available all day was very welcome.

The shower leaked a little, only one cup in the bathroom, paintwork a little tired.

Good location, lovely staff, comfortable bed. Views of the Eiffel tower on the 7th floor from our little balcony. Lady at the desk provided a bottle opener, wine glasses and allowed us to chill our champagne in their fridge. Very kind

The stairway up to the first floor (second floor to Americans) is treacherous. The price, even for Paris, was rather steep for a *** hotel with very small rooms.

Friendly reception, but very small entry room (lounge is too generous a word). All necessary facilities were there: water boiler with coffee and tea bags in the room, a/c, hair dryer, TV, WiFi. Free 'real' coffee in the entrance, super friendly staff. Rooms clean to a fault, but very small.

There were some minor issues with the toilet but the hotel staff were very helpful in fixing this and the only thing that would be good would be to have a mini fridge in the room.

Toilet was a problem - had to take the lid off to get it to flush. Lift was not fully functional for some of the stay.
