I have very little to complain about but as a productive suggestion to the team, it would be better if more 'essential items' were complimentary - we were only given a few toilet rolls and told that these would only be refilled once during the stay, essentially having to buy our own toilet rolls and salt/pepper/dishwasher tablets. These are small ticket items for the hotel to supply which shouldn't be the guests' responsibility in my opinion.

The apartments all had new appliances and were very clean with modern comforts. The wifi was good and the residence is only one street away from the main street with the restaurants and shops. The staff were all excellent.

on arrival the apartment was just so hot, and remained hot all week, trying to sleep at night was not achievable. the beds had winter duvet on them

Nothing, if you are going with a family the walk to the lift would be a nuisance as it would be difficult with lots of kids skis to carry. It is a 5 minute walk to the main lift station which is in the centre of town.

The spa facilities were immaculate. The pool with the water jet was especially good. The checking in process was easy, great option to store skis and boots at the rental store. The apartment was large with lots of equipment, no microwave though. The swinging seat on the balcony was a particular hit.

You could only use the ski boot room to store your skis, if you hired them from the ski shop in the complex.

The living area was a great size for 7adults and a baby, never felt like we were on top of each other. well equipped - dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridges, microwave. Also provide dressing gowns and extra towels for spa, which was lovely and clean, used it ever afternoon after skiing.

We paid over the odds for 5 star accommodation and did not expect to be ripped off for transport and not compensated when lift pass situation went wrong. This was mainly the fault of the computer system which was out of the residency’s control but they could and should have made sure we were compensated

I used the in-house Italian restaurant, the food and table service were very good but the service at the bar was very poor indeed. I waited around twenty minutes without being served and left in disgust.

Very helpful staff in the ski locker. Very nicely appointed apartment. Very helpful staff at reception. Secure and accessible on-site parking. Location close to town centre.

We have just returned having had a great holiday despite a lack of snow. The apartments are well located 5 minutes from the centre and are modern, comfortable and clean but unfortunately suffer from noise transmission from adjacent apartments, which we found to be a problem if the adjacent properties like to stay up late and you have a young family who go to bed at normal times. Overall the complex which includes two restaurants and spas is very nice, it is expensive for what it is and i am not sure we would stay there again.

Beds this year were very (too) firm- seems to be owners preference whether to provide mattress toppers or not & sadly in this apartment there were none.
