We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I booked this after being let down by Airbnb, and despite some negative reviews I had an excellent stay. Location was about 30 mins walk to Arles old town, although the buses were regular. The manager was very helpful, the room was spotless and the breakfast good. The air conditioning worked well. Close to several restaurants.

Better room comparing to similar places where I have stayed before. Good for quick stop. Gated parking. Easy acces to the motorway. Bathroom has actual walls not just plastic ones as elsewhere. Room was small but bed was comfortable. Stayed in room 227 and would stay again.

NetherlandsThere are signs it's being renovated and that being the case I would have expected a cheaper price especially looking back at my entire trip and what I got for a similar price in other hotels I drove past the hotel the first time because it wasn't clear that I had arrived because the sign is gone (I'm guessing because of the renovation) The air conditioning wasn't working in my room. It couldn't cool the room, only heat it
The bed was good and I slept well You don't hear the highway at all when you close the Windows even when it's so close The breakfast was excellent and it was open slightly earlier than the mentioned time. The grill restaurant next door is a good place to eat if you don't want to go looking for food

For the price I paid, it was an amazing value. The room was small, but clean and had the amenities you could need. Comfortable beds, TV in the room. And the staff was the most amazing part.
