The breakfast could start at 7:00 (or even 6:30) to allow those leaving early to benefit.

Excellent location for the highway, clean rooms, warm water. I have stayed before and will come again.

A bit of noise from the main road at night but nothing awful. No kettle in the room but provided when I asked.

I booked this after being let down by Airbnb, and despite some negative reviews I had an excellent stay. Location was about 30 mins walk to Arles old town, although the buses were regular. The manager was very helpful, the room was spotless and the breakfast good. The air conditioning worked well. Close to several restaurants.

On the website it has advertised kettle in the rooms, but there wasn't any. Lighting was very bad.

Better room comparing to similar places where I have stayed before. Good for quick stop. Gated parking. Easy acces to the motorway. Bathroom has actual walls not just plastic ones as elsewhere. Room was small but bed was comfortable. Stayed in room 227 and would stay again.

Despite booking. Telling the hotel I would arrive at 23.00. The hotel rang and stated that I had to be there by 21.00. I was working and this was impossible. They still took payment

There are signs it's being renovated and that being the case I would have expected a cheaper price especially looking back at my entire trip and what I got for a similar price in other hotels I drove past the hotel the first time because it wasn't clear that I had arrived because the sign is gone (I'm guessing because of the renovation) The air conditioning wasn't working in my room. It couldn't cool the room, only heat it

The bed was good and I slept well You don't hear the highway at all when you close the Windows even when it's so close The breakfast was excellent and it was open slightly earlier than the mentioned time. The grill restaurant next door is a good place to eat if you don't want to go looking for food

The rooms at the second floor had a very bad smell that made me sick for real... In general the room wasn't so clean

Very small room and bathroom. Not the cleanest. Uncomfortable bed. Has the absolute minimum amenities.

bathroom cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. toilet bowl needs a lot of bleach. shower cracked and very small.

cracked shower plate, toilet bowl needed deep cleaning. Same with toilet sink. Room was hot. aircon barely worked. Staff was helpful but facilities require a lot of bleach.

air con broken, fan supplied did nothing, room like a sauna which made for very broken sleep room needing urgent refurbishment, cracked light fitting, cracked mirror, hole in bathroom door tiny bathroom and probably the smallest shower I’ve ever been in

This hotel needs a lot of TLC . Rooms are very small and bathroom is tiny . Airconditioning was not working . Fan was supplied but inadequate in the heatwave . Breakfast is very minimal .

You could see the rooms were a bit old and small.

For the price I paid, it was an amazing value. The room was small, but clean and had the amenities you could need. Comfortable beds, TV in the room. And the staff was the most amazing part. They were very friendly and took care of any questions/issues I had immediately. Amazing value to price ration overall.
