You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FranceGetting a bit worn down now. Would pay a bit more for a newer shower. Breakfast is ok, but again, a slight improvement in format would not hurt.
Familiar place. Facilities are basic and a bit below what one would expect these days, but they work. Staff very kind and helpful.

FranceSmall bedroom that had seen better days. The appliances were not clean. We were unable ro use the kettle to make tea or coffee. The shower was so small I struggled to get in. The bathroom itself had seen better days. The pipes are or maintained enough since we had a blockage at some point that we managed to fix ourselves. The reception was closed before 18:00 on our second day there.
Great welcome. The person at the desk was very polite, friendly and helpful. The bedroom was fairly clean and the sheets and towels too. Great breakfast.

United KingdomWe had to walk to a neighbouring hotel to check in which wasn’t good as it was pouring with rain. The room itself was very small, the bathroom extremely compact. The bathroom door handle fell off when trying to close the door. On arrival, we had to open the window to try and get rid of the smell in the room.

United KingdomIt was as expected for a budget hotel. Really small bathroom and sink. You are a way from the town.
Quiet and clean. A little way out of town but I was bike touring so it was easy to get into town and get to the chateau. Staff were helpful and friendly and let me keep my bike in my room. Top recommendation is for the Asian buffet just by the hotel. I was massively hungry and this was just a perfect choice for a tired cyclist. Also an excellent supermarket and associated boulangerie. The boulangerie is open earlier than the supermarket
