We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

For the price it was pretty good value. Its handy for the metro and there is supermarket nearby. Street is reasonnably quiet

Turkeyits smaller than it seem i stayed alone in couples room and it was small anyway but because of i was one person it can be tolerated .I wasnt stayin much in room i was just using for sleepin etc. bathroom was normal standart.
it has amazing location so close to metro and great cafes around it . staff is kind and helpful they let me to put my luggages to hotel storage because my flight was 4 hours before check in . cleaning is being done everyday

The tea kettle was not in the room, but I requested one and they found one for me to keep in the room. I also would have like to have a “Do not disturb” sign. I’m sure if I would have remembered to ask they would have found one for me.
