Rooms were not clean, food not the best overall grossly overpriced

The breakfast was it's down fall only sausage and beans no toast no eggs as we have previously had at other kyriad wasn't any sausages for 3 of our guests as a bus load arrived and kept getting more and staff did not replenish

Rather a scruffy site. Long delay at check out. Receptionist trying to solve problems. Someone else needed to be there to deal with customers.

Dated decoration, sewage system immediate to hotel, staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming.

Family room was interconnecting so adequate space for the 4 of us. Easy to find.

Lovely staff, modern comfortable room. Great housekeeping. Secure parking. Fabulous breakfast. Close to Tours hospital and Auchan Shopping Centre. Lovely restaurant close by.

we had a cat in a large cage with us. the eptionist gave us a room on the second floor, as far from the stairs as possible. I asked if there was another room, more convenient for us she was quite rude and said no, do you want that room or not?

Rooms very tired, unpleasant smell in bathroom. Although details of international tv channels advertised in room, satellite has clearly been disconnected as only receiving 'no signal' message.

dogs are allowed in the accommodation but not in the restaurant unfortunately

great beds and bedding, friendly staff and great food. The kitchen provided a lovely vegetarian meal.

So we upgraded and had 2 adjoining rooms with his and her bathrooms! Amazing considering we were expecting little space and a 3 star hotel. The staff were incredible, strict Covid rules observed throughout, and really well thought out and charming Xmas decorations. There is a bar and restaurant. The shower was amazing, huge powerful shower head and choice of firm or soft pillows. Breakfast was perfect

There was a smell in the bathroom. The hotel needs to be refurbished, it all looked a bit tatty. I got food poisoning, was vomiting for 2hrs and had a bad night. I couldn’t even have breakfast. The staff did immediately refund for breakfast but had to push her for the refund for the dinner, which she did in the end.

I used to use the KYRIAD Hotels before but always stated in new and clean hotels. I have avoided them for a while as was a big disappointed as they were old hotels.

Breakfast was extremely poor and of bad quality....this was the biggest disappointment with the stay. Beds were too hard for our liking.

After arriving and going out for dinner on return the simple request of asking for a drink outside was met with utter contempt, the staff working were so rude and unhelpful- no glasses offered a drinks menu thrown at me , I can speak and understand French very well so the staff’s attitude was unacceptable. 😡🇫🇷. Rolling eyes, tutting, slamming drinks. On checking out of the hotel we requested our water bottles were filled up , the receptionist was very put out at this request and shouted at me to check there were no more bottles. Final insult, despite Booking.com having my credit card details which secured the booking - the hotel contacted me three times over three days after we left stating I had not paid for the hotel , the calls got more threatening with the last one stating they would contact the police - one call using the same credit card and the payment went through first time , surely this could have been resolved by Booking.com. Avoid this hotel
