To stay only one night

The location is amazing, not my first visit there, but first time i stayed to the hotel. The place is unique, with views on the Dune de Pilat and sunsets to remember forever. The staff is so friendly and professional , the room is decorated hy Starck, so what else to expect than modern and sexy and beautiful. They even made a toy for my dog with her name on it! Details in this place are taken care to perfection. Nice breakfast also. You should also have dinner there, basically is the place to be in Arcachon.

the size of the restaurant in the evening. too many people, feels like a chain restaurant and the quality is not there. could do much better especially with the hefty price tag that comes with every dish.

Some little problems with the room; one shower did not work, but was repaired immediatly, a lock on the door did not work, and a lamp on the balcony did not work. Not a big deal, but a pity for a luxury hotel

It can be a bit loud at night with the sound of the bar (they warn you about this). Breakfast was OK but not outstanding.

The location and design of the hotel could not be better. Rooms were beautiful. Staff were super attentive and professional. The restaurant is super fun and as guests we got really cool tables with great views (important to book ahead!).

but this time I was disillusion by the kitchen smell inside and on the terrace and by number (even crowded) of people during apéros and dinner time. It’s really unpleasant. And we think 5* hôtel deserve a better proposal for dinner.

The restaurant server and hostess were extremely rude. Also had an issue with the receptionist having to cover up for the rest of the staff.

When we booked they said the room may be noisy as its is at the back of the hotel where deliverys are taken into the hotel. The first night was OK, no noise, but the morning, what a shame, very noisey from about 6.00ish, totally unacceptable for a hotel of this stature and price. Next evening relaxed in the room, deliveries from about 8.30 till I eventually got to sleep, awoke next morning 6.00ish to more deliveries, people taliking loudly, slamming doors. This needs to be sorted, some more fussy guests would kick up a right fuss, left , feeling very let down to be honest, would not stay here again.

Amazing hotel to look at, very chic, as are the guests. Staff very professional, as you would expect in a place like this. Views are out of this world. Room was so chic and modern, not at all pretentious, loved it, very big.

OVERPRICED!!! Not worth it. I would recommend just coming for lunch or dinner. Be aware that the bedrooms are facing the parking and delivery starts at 5am so get ready to be up early. The staff was not accommodating / understanding.
