The bathroom is on the smaller side and a bit strange but serves the purpose.

The breakfast could have been better organized for such a wonderful facility. There is no open buffet, no matter how many you are in the table they bring you the same pre-prapared cheese and charcuterie plate. In my humble vies such a charming hotel should work more on breakfast.

Exceptionally well located. Surrounded by the vineyards, Cos d'Estournel. One can be astonished with the small details and surprises around the hotel. We had our dinner at hotel restaurant, it was superb.

It feels more like a luxurious bed & breakfast. No concierge and there could be more public spaces downstairs.

La Maison D'Estournel was a wonderful visit. The room was in very good condition and beautifully decorated. The staff were super friendly and service minded and made our stay even better than we could have imagined.

La maison d’estournel is part of a wine estate, which we liked to visit for a tasting & buying the wines. We stayed for a week, but this arrangement was hard to get, that was a bit disappointing.

Our stay in September at d’estournel was wonderful. The staff is very nice & kind. We weather was perfect for breakfast in the garden. The interior design is well done & the rooms very comfortable, nice towels - great bed. Would love to come back.

1) Outstanding service personnel providing the best possible customer experience you can ever get in a luxury hotel. There were two women who were really exceptional, providing service, ambiance and feeling well beyond you see elsewhere. Amazing reception for honeymoon with lovely balloons, extra chocolate gateau for last evening before departure, special cocktail when asked for it, preparing electric vehicles within seconds, always within reach with great recommendations. It was just fantastic how they managed to do all of this, always being in a great mood providing such a great atmosphere. At the end of the stay one of the ladies brought water for the journey, end2end a fantastic experience thanks to them. 2) Outstanding scenery, garden and building. So warm, decorated with heart, fantastic place to relax. 3) Great breakfast with very good quality of food! 4) Fantastic dinners!!

Stunning property with immaculate interiors, cool design touches, and the comfiest beds known to mankind! It's the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. The restaurant is a real find - we ate there 4/5 nights, and the daily specials meant we never repeated a meal. It goes without saying that the wine is first-rate. We travelled with our (medium-sized) dog and staff welcomed him with a surprise bone and a toy - such a nice touch. Do not miss a trip to the nearby beaches, with their wide, white sand and spectacular dunes.

Exceeded my already lofty expectations Clotilde, the Manager couldn’t do enough for my group. The setting, immaculate design and comfy welcoming feeling. Delightful all round. Food was excellent too.Unpretentious and delicious. Highly recommend for a wonderful experience!

Located on a iconic Chateau in the Medoc region of Bordeaux this newly renovated property exceeds already high expectations. Understated elegance and all the luxuries expected at such an ideal establishment.
