The coffee maker is just for show. It does not work. The technology is a bit old.

Very clean, bright, spacious. Furniture in good condition. The bed is incredibly comfy. Almost meets expectations.

Would have preferred the breakfast to be included in the room price. It was available for an additional 12 euros at the hotel. We went out and had a delicious breakfast (drinks included) at a café nearby for 8 euros.

The location is definitely a plus, close to the tren station and to the city center. It's a good place to stay at for a quick visit to Strasbourg.

There's nothing there to clean the kitchen/cutlery. You have to buy tabs or cleaning supplies at the reception it on the supermarket. The fitness room was closed and the pool very small.

There was a weird smell in the lobby and generally speaking the lobby and the corridors look pretty sad.

As a single woman traveling alone, I felt very uncomfortable letting myself in the side door at night after reception closed. The area appears seedy with people hanging around (as an example, I saw an unkempt man chasing another one, threatening to beat him with a cane). Agree with others that tissues and dishwashing kits should be provided on the first day - coffee filters sized to the machine would help too. I bought all these, but on the 2nd or 3rd day, a dish kit appeared in the room. The toilet being entirely outside the studio area with no handwashing facilities took a lot of getting used to.

The price was excellent. The studio was very clean and spacious. Reception was friendly. My room faced a courtyard and was quiet at night. Wifi dedicated for each room performed very well and you could plug into an Ethernet port too, which is becoming harder and harder to find. Lots and lots of sensibly placed light switches, which of you've had the opposite, you'll understand the appeal.

Blinds not working in the bedroom - had to use a bath towel as there was only a very thin curtain otherwise. Slightly disappointed that the pool was only available between 10-18.00 but understandable if beyond that is impossible with staffing.

Good location, friendly atmosphere and helpful welcome by staff. No problems with the kitchenette, all clean and working.

Unfortunately, my first room was not well cleaned and it stank of cigarettes in the toilette and bathroom. However, changing was uncomplicated and the second room was nice.

wished the swimming pool could either open earlier or stay open later as we booked with the swimming pool in mind given the warm weather- as the city was very busy and the eateries full we returned at 9 and was too late. also my partner is lactose intolerant so if there is perhaps lactose free milk or yoghurt that would be great as 12 EUR for the breakfast is a lot when there was not much he could eat and had to bring his own yoghurt etc but overall very happy with the hotel, staff and location

It's a shame that the use of the kitchenette is rather discouraged - you don't get anything to clean the dishes with and so in practice if you want to use anything you need to buy a cleaning packet. We had some slight issues with power in the sockets, which were resolved rather quickly.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient as we were traveling by train. A member of the staff was super helpful when we had some issues. Overall, good value for money.

I think that a 4-star hotel should have reception open throughout the night. The selection of TV programs should include those in other languages, not just French.

Communication between reception desk and clients. We were on a train until late with poor wifi/cellular service, and we had to email with reception quickly before they closed to secure our key. Everything worked well in the end but it was a little stressful.

Location was convenient and easy to walk to from train station. Our rooms were very nice and comfortable. Would be great for a short or longer stay. Front desk was very pleasant when we saw them.

The pillows are weak, the pool has no heating and the cleaning of the rooms is not daily (which is a problem when we cook and therefore we have garbage to take out).
