Loved everything about this boutique hotel from the moment we arrived! The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful and the hotel is in a fabulous location, very easy walk to pretty much everywhere except Bassins Lumierre which is nowhere near anything! Lovely big room with a very nice bathroom and huge bed! Loved the little touches like the caneles and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Above all, the desire of the hotel and the staff was to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We felt very well looked after in the almost family atmosphere. They were always open to our wishes, it was our first time in Bordeaux, and were very helpful.

Room was wonderful, very comfortable and quiet. Lovely treats in the room on arrival. Staff are AMAZING - can’t do enough for you and super helpful when my bus didn’t arrive and I had to stay an extra night.

The staff were every professional, from the ment we arrived they were always at our disposal. A tour of the hotel, history, and facilities. Our room was excellent, it was our anniversary and they had decorated it for us. A welcome voucher for a free drink of wine upon arrival also. The mini bar was stocked, and we were not charged for using items inside as this was included on the price. It honestly felt like a new home. The breakfast was lovely plenty of variety and lots of space. The property called dust a couple of days before arrival to check on us and if we had plans. They helped organise a reservation at a very prestigious resteraunt locally. Honestly, you couldn't find a fault with such amazing and honest service. We will definitely be back. Thanks, everyone.

The worst part of this hotel was that I had some trouble figuring out the water temperature on the shower. Everything else was perfect.

The staff went above and beyond to make our one-night stay memorable. We ended up adding a second night after the hospitality we felt. The front desk staff and sommelier thought of everything, and we loved our wine tasting, drinks in the bar after dinner, time in the spa, and the dinner recommendation. The bed was huge and super comfortable, room and bathroom were spacious.

Great hotel with unique spacious rooms that have everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. Mini bar included. Extremely comfortable beds. Quality breakfast in a nice setting with a great selection of food. Location is excellent and metres away from the historical centre and great shops, monuments, cafes and restaurants. Lastly all the staff we dealt with were fantastic - friendly, efficient and professional!

Breakfast was not good the tray arrived to my suite late with the key elements we ordered but none of the support stuff. Condiments, toast, plates, serving spoons, were not included on the tray. But the food was good.

Staff were very professional and ensured you were aware and familiar with the hotels services which were excellent. Parking was made easy in a city where there is no parking. The hotel public areas and rooms are stylish and well planned and the beds very very comfortable.

The location of the hotel was great, easy access to main areas of the city but within a quiet area. The sauna and cold plunge were fantastic - we used these facilities twice during our stay and loved it! A great way to wind down after a day of exploring. Staff were all very polite and helpful.
