Everything was amazing - staff, food, room, location, breakfast… all perfect. Will hopefully return one day. In my opinion, the best hotel in Paris and definitely worth a visit. Ate at the restaurant twice, which completed the experience.

For the breakfast I had to wait, if you ask for a la carte::: a lot ... other customers were served faster, who came 15 minutes after me and the coffee requested at the bar forgot to bring it twice And the elevator makes noise, when the door closes and opens ... metallic sound....the room was next to the elevator ...

All was good, but there are a few design flaws in our room with light switches. Stairs were tricky in the night because of lighting situation.

Check out/obtaining a taxi to the train station was a bit of a nightmare. Hotel sort of threw up its hands and couldn’t really assist.

Excellent location. Extremely comfortable bed. An air conditioning system that actually cooled well. Good lighting. Excellent shower. Excellent breakfast selection. Very kind & accommodating staff.

Although the breakfast was excellent, there was NO variation from day to day. For a 6-night visit, morning food became a bit boring.

The room had a bad smell that’s why I rated a 4 stars otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating .

The staff were excellent especially Tariq . the room had curtains that opened by switching a button. The hotel restaurant was nice and the food was excellent Quality. The location is nice situated close to many restaurants and cafes and quite district . I would definitely think of coming back again .

Room size, bigger closet

Very good breakfast and staff was always extremely friendly! They even gave us a couple of glasses of champagne since we were celebrating our honeymoon. The room, on the other hand, is quite small so we struggled to fit our clothes in the closet. I consider a perfect place for a 2-4 nights stay.

It would be great if you could book private time in the outdoor bath.

The location of the hotel is perfect. And the staff in general is beyond words! Special thanks to Etienne, he did everything he could to make our stay a 5 star. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the guy with the crazy long eyelashes (unfortunately I don't remember his name) was very helpful with the city tours, his recommendations were exactly what we needed, even helped us choose a perfume :) We will definitely come back to your hotel many times :)
