The excellent location meant that all the attractions were at a walking distance unless you wanted to use the metro right outside the door to arrive faster. The elegant style, matched by the helpful staff and the cleanliness, made this hotel one of my best stays l have ever experienced.

1) Breakfast service was disapointing. Scrambled eggs were cold. Products were missing. No coffee capsules (only decaf was there), no white cheese (" finished" was the explanation given). The service person was not helpful. 2) The dryer in the self laundry room was not working. But the staff took care of our wet laundry. 3) A walk in shower would be better for us.

Breakfast was perfect! Such a treat to have a leisurely breakfast without leaving the hotel. Staff were always very attentive and friendly. They stored our backpack luggage upon arriving early and even helped to arrange PCR Covid tests required for our return to Canada! Wonderful area! The area is not crowed or noisy with tourists. The 2 metro lines within meters make it easy to go anywhere. The junior suite was perfect for my husband, adult daughter and I. There are 2 separate “bed rooms” with a shared foyer and bath off the foyer. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is smart, up to date and unlike most Parisian hotels most of which look and feel run down. This hotel is constantly fresh and ultra clean. It is well managed. My room had a generous bathroom, shower and bath. The staff were hugely attentive. Arturi was always on hand to help. I would recommend their breakfast.

We booked for 3 nights in Paris and ended up extending our stay because we had such a lovely time! Our room was spacious and we had a quintessentially Parisien view out of our window of a lovely church. The location was absolutely perfect - Saint-Germain is the place to stay! Furthermore, the staff were truly exceptional. The Concierge, Sanjay, absolutely made our trip into something we will never forget. He booked amazing restaurants for us every night and made fantastic recommendations on what to do and where to go, both in Paris and where we were headed next! We have never had such fantastic, personalised service before. Because of you our “honeymoon” is off to a magical start.

Bed was too small, my husband is tall and his feet were outside the bed. We booked a privilege room and it was still quite small, very small bathroom. For nearly 500 euro per night i was expecting a better bathroom :)

Our room(78) had a constant noise of falling water thru pipe which seemed to be in the middle of the room. Also had, with some constantcy the noise of something being sawed in an upper roon. At our leave, as it was rainning, front desk didn't seemed willing to go out to find us a taxi to the airport.

The drains stunk terribly in the bathroom with the stench of sewer gas emanating from the shower floor. The exhaust fan, if there was one, was ineffective. A partial remedy for the guest is to keep the bathroom door closed or you will choke on the stench while in or entering the room. The housekeepers and other staff have no respect for the Do Not Disturb door hangers and will routinely open the door every 15 minutes using their override key. There is no lock to keep them out. When they do provide service, something is always missing from the housekeeping items. It appears they are unsupervised.

Located in a wonderful part of Paris, this hotel is also cheerfully decorated.
