The room was too hot for sleeping. 28°C on the first night. We tried to adjust to no avail, and were told in the morning that it is central heating, so we couldn't adjust, and suggested we open the window (which we had done). The climate crisis does not need overheated hotels where people have to open the windows to cool down in the middle of winter!! The other two nights it was 23°C which is still pretty warm for sleeping! Also, the lighting was too gloomy. There should be an option for a bright light, especially by the clothing shelves, should people wish to have that.

Lovely funky hotel right in the heart of the village with spectacular views, good beer selection too!

The sound proofing between floors could be improved we xould hear quite a bit from the bedroom above us.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting. The decor is modern and impressive, creating a calm and relaxed sophisticated atmosphere. The food was very good.

We found the room to be misrepresented online and in Booking.com, it was so tight to get to either side of the bed., the room was way too small.

Beautiful Hotel and Location. The food in the hotel restaurant was exceptional and the staff were cheery and very helpful. The little table and two chairs on the terrace were ideal after a tiring morning walking and climbing, with fantastic views.

The small double rooms were very small The parking lot is very small. On busy days cars are shuffled around. We preferred parking closeby

Facing the mountain - outside area - clean - new - modern. Superb open area for breakfast/dinner. Parking capability. Start for many hiking routes in beautiful mountains. Breakfast. Staff very chill and nice

The decor was black.

We received an upgrade to our room which had a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff were welcoming. The breakfast was very substantial and we enjoyed our evening meal. The en suite bathroom was luxurious. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Interior design marrying wood and black, sunny terrace facing the mountains, rooms facing the mountains, bedding, terrace in the room facing the mountains, prime location in the village, food at the excellent restaurant, quality of service, hearing the cows’ bells in the distance.

Beautiful hotel and mountain views, wonderful and helpful staff. We also came last year and returned. The restaurant is excellent and cosy, especially when the fireplace is lit. The staff create an atmosphere of making guests feel genuinely welcome, and it translates into guests also being calm and welcoming to other guests.

The restaurant in the hotel is very popular so it can happen you can’t get a table on your arrival date if you haven’t reserve it

great hotel in good location close to thermal bath, spacious room, high standard and clean, friendly staff, excellent food; parking garage available (some guest say it’s hard to park in there but I guess this is a problem of the driver and not the parking garage)

This is a beautiful hotel with great design features and a gorgeous view. The service was fantastic and the breakfast exceptional. Nespresso machine and kettle in the room with great quality tea.

Coffee had to be ordered, not a problem but many hotels in the region are now using coffee automats.

The hotel is centrally located, by the main road but traffic noise was negligible as the rooms are facing the south, with great mountain views including some glaciers. Our room had stylish interior, with a good bathroom and a comfortable bed. A substantial buffet breakfast was included in the price, as well as the parking. Large balcony.
