Staff was good, unfortunately they did not warn us about the end of breakfast time on Easter Monday so we missed it. The notice on the room about that was written in very small letters.

Location was great, really in the town center. Room was large and clean. Facilities inside the room -- notably kitchen -- were very good.

The kitchen is a bit small but is adequate for a small meal and they do have a breakfast offer (11EUR). Some parts of the hotel felt very well-used.

This hotel felt very secure and is in a great location in the center of town, very close to the teleferico and pedestrian streets. I appreciated their offer of private parking (9EUR/day) as they mentioned the street parking was very dangerous day and night (and I saw evidence of 2 broken windows on their street). There was a partial balcony, and bathtup -- it felt like a hotel room with a kitchenette.

However, as it is a residence hotel, room was not cleaned everyday and also fresh towels were given only once.

Its excellent location, very close to Victor Huge Tram Station and many cafes, shopping, Bastille Fort, just two stations away are Bus Station and Train Station. Room was neat and clean.

The kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery were a little greasy/grubby. Somewhat expected when you are relying on others to wash the dishes though (no dishwasher).

Nothing in particular. It was ok stay, room not so fancy given amount of money paid.

The location of the hotel is very central. Staff were very friendly and nice, and gave us advise on how to go to places and things around the city. Because we arrived before the check-in time, we were allowed to leave our luggage in a storage room until we came back and checked in. Room is good and the bathroom was clean.

The awful smell of canalisation in the bathroom. Guy , do something about that please, it seems last time someone fixed it many ago. And you have to inform your guests in advance that parking lot is small and might be not available, it’s critical for travelers with the cars

The reception closes at lunch time; I arrived on Sunday at 2pm, the reception was closed. If you plan to arrive during the weekend; you need to call the phone number indicated on the gate to be able to access your room. During your stay, you should also ask for toilet paper, changing towels since the cleaning is done only once a week. In my room the air condition was noisy.

The location of the residence is very practical: 10 mn form the train/bus station, close to tram, shops for grocery, restaurants, museums...
