The outside appearance could be better. It looks grubby and perhaps not good for a solo traveler. This was completely wrong but a shame nonetheless.

The rooms were an adequate size, well equipped for storage. Very clean.

Cleanliness of the room was not good, molds appearing in the corners of the bathroom. The room smelles disgusting, like someone is smoking there always. Neighbours were fighting around after midnight.

I was bothered by the smell of cigarette smoke in the room; it seems like it enters through the ventilation. That's what bothered me; everything seemed to absorb the smell. For those whom this doesn't bother, I recommend it.

The location is excellent. The staff is very kind, helpful, and willing to assist. I didn't expect much, considering the price. Breakfast is a bit modest, but that's what they call a French breakfast. I'm simply used to having a larger selection. However, when we had breakfast, they explained to us what was available, so there were no surprises.

It was last refurbished many years ago so do not expect anything fancy but for the location and price value for Mulhouse was Ok for 2 nights.

Well located at the edge of the downtown within a walking distance to the main station. Good public transport access. Simple but clean hotel with friendly staff.

Don’t be fooled by the entrance, which is a bit dated looking, as the rooms are well decorated, clean, warm and comfortable. And, excellent value for money. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a simple and comfortable place to stay.

There is no WiFi and no air conditioning, but it was not a problem at all. You can open the big windows to let air in. The street is sometimes noisy but it's just because the hotel is in the very centre of town.

I really loved the location in the very centre of town, the staff was really kind and helpful, the room was big and clean. A spacious free parking is just behind the hotel ( to find it, you have to drive along rue Colmar, past the hotel and turn right into the parallel street) . Then you can leave your care safely , take your luggage and enter the hotel from the back door. It's not difficult at all! I have a small dog and they didn't ask me to pay for him!

The first impression is not so good due to an old building with moquette on stairs, but do not worry, rooms are with no moquette and clean!

The staff of the hotel is very very kind. The room and bath were clean and comfortable.the hotel is next to the center (3 minutes walking) and offers a free parking and a good breakfast for 7.5 euro. Absolutely worth price!

Communication was a problem since I speak english. The room was very hot when I arrived and took hours with the windows open to cool.

The room is very dirty and stuffy. Terrible. There was mold everywhere in the shower. There was no toilet paper in the toilet. The room needs to be renovated and restored, and so does the entire hotel. The windows of the room overlooked the street - until 3:00 am it was very noisy and we could not sleep. I do not recommend.

We arrived almost at night, we were met - the hotel was open, we were shown their privat parking. At night they placed us and our car.

Just a minor problem, when you sat up in bed and leaned against the wall, the bed would move away from the wall across the floor.

Friendly staff were really helpful, rooms were clean and everything worked. Easy walk to town centre from hotel and large car park. In the morning we discovered our car was covered in bird crap and a member of staff volunteered to get a bucket of hot soapy water and cleaned it off for us. Beyond the call of duty.
