The pillows were small and thin, we were there for one night, didn't ask for an extra pillow, maybe would have provided. The main issue was that because of the main road , there were a lot of people on the road and few of them were shouting, I know that it was not the Hotel's fault. But the insulation wasn't great. There wasn't a provision to get a fan with extra pay also, so we had to keep the window open as it was a warm day, and could not sleep properly. The bed cover seems very old, and wasn't dirty though. Few changes to the place will really cheer the place up.

We had a halt at the hotel from our road trip. The staff was really nice, free parking, good location, big room. Definitely value for money

There is nothing we don't like

The location is very good, very close to many shopping places, the train station and restaurants. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, but we would especially like to very thank the receptionist gentleman. Our room was cleaned every day, towels were changed and toiletries were renewed.

Unfortunately the bedbug plague in France at that time also affected my room and I was bitten multiple times despite the room appearing clean. Several power sockets were loose. Only one sachet of shower gel and no shampoo for a 2 night stay - not replenished

Excellent location for the centre of Mulhouse and the trams. The man at reception didn't speak English (and I don't speak French) but he still tried to be super friendly and helpful whenever we met. Room was warm and quiet

Very convenient location, just 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The room was basic but clean and functional for a one night stay. The hotel has got a tired look, a refurbishment would be needed. The guests car park can be a bit hard to find however it is very secure. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking is a little complicated, as you cannot enter the car park from the street side. There should be clear instructions (perhaps an address) on the hotel website on how to get to the car park next to the hotel.

Excellent location just outside the city centre. We had read on booking that it was noisy as the hotel was right on the street, but we only heard it in the morning when we were getting ready to go further afield. No air conditioning, fortunately the weather was pleasant and it didn't bother us at all. Family room large, with table and chairs. Bathroom in the room.
