You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelgiumIt was not possible to reduce the heating in the room. The bedroom is rather large, but the bathroom is tiny.
The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, but in a walkable distance to both the town centre and the Versailles Chantiers railway station. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

CanadaThe last minute charges. Turns out the continental breakfast was not free, despite our asking about. No air conditioning. TIny bathrooms. No fan. No screen on the windows. Almost no electrical outlets.
It was close to the center of Versailles. Easily walkable to the train station. Versailles palace and numerous restaurants nearby.

Well located in the cathedral district not far from shops and touristic attractions. The building is old and the room is consistent : one bed, one locker, one table; one bathroom. No noise externally. Someone at front desk 24/24.

There was fresh pastries and cereal and yogurt but I would have expected a full spread for 10 euros. The only thing I would have changed would have been to find breakfast elsewhere. And of course the addition of AC but that doesn't seem to exist anywhere in Europe 🤷🏻♀️
